Push day today. Still progressing pretty nicely. Coach upped the carbs just a little bit on both training and non training days. He says where in a good spot putting on weight with not very much fat. I feel like I could eat a whole cow a day 🤣

late night leg session. It’s almost mind blowing the progress and strength I’m seeing in my legs. Super stoked about it. I’ll post a little food porn of my leg day cheat meal as well

Arms and leg day. Got some bad pain going on in my forearms on the outer part when I do under handed movements. Hopefully it goes away. Fought through it tonight guess we’ll see. Other than that great workout! Check ins tomorrow

Good ass push day. I’m sure a lot of people experience this I’m at a point where I feel like I don’t look good at all but I’m progressing like crazy every single workout so I know I’m building good tissue so I guess that’s just the mindfuck of bulking/ growing. Gotta trust the process

Pull day had to skip bb curl cause of pain in my forearms when doing underhand grip. Did some reverse grip curls to make up for it. Good progress everywhere though.

First day back after being sick. Surprisingly still progressed on everything and felt good. Nose is still stopped up and still have a cough so breathing wasn’t the best. But just glad to be back. Check ins tomorrow. Hopefully weight didn’t take to much a hit 🤣

Push workout. Solid progress across the board. Back to feeling almost 100% finished up with 20 mins on treadmill. Trying to work on my posing a little more. Might be worse might be better 🤣

Pull day. I’m completely wore out now. My back got 2 workouts today. First one was digging a little over 100 foot trench on a hillside in rocky ground. Still made progress on my lifts. I should sleep like a baby tonight 😅

Man… I’m sure hoping so I’ve never peeled down to really see what’s under there but it’s coming. I’m excited to see what I look like once coach decides to cut
