I’m an electrician can be very physical at times and at other times really laid back and grew up playing all sports football being number 1 sport

Honestly I haven’t counted them up I just eat what he tells me. Currently, Training day diet is
Meal 1
350g egg whites
1 whole egg
80g oats
50g berries

Meal 2
180g lean ground beef
200g potatoes
80g pineapple

Meal 3
200g chicken breast
200g white rice
50g greens

Meal 4 pre workout meal
225g chicken breast
300g white rice
10g olive oil

Post workout shake
2 scoops whey isolate
80g of carbs from rice based cereal
1 banana
8g peanut butter

Last meal
180g red meat
1 whole egg
100g white rice
2 cups of greens
10g of olive oil

And then of course non training day is similar but less food
I dunno either, just winging it
 
Great push day didn’t have time to hit cardio so will prolly hit the treadmill at home or walk around the neighborhood tonight. Getting strong and growing is our main goal and we’re doing just that. I feel like I could eat 10000 calories a day at this point idk what’s causing it or if it’s good or bad lol when I first started this diet it was tough to get all the food down 🙃

Alright guys I’m going to start a log been lifting for going on 2 years now and actually dieting and tracking food for last 7 months or so and have made some pretty decent progress. I’ve teamed up with @Montego and gonna let him lead the way and just do what he says and bust ass and see where it goes but no doubt in my mind he will get me to my best physique. Don’t know when but I will be competing someday not in any hurry really want to be in my best shape when I do.
Current cycle is test 600 primo 300 anavar 50 and 2 iu gh before bed. Diet is a TD and NTD diet Ill post a couple current pics as well

It's, pushing yourself to higher levels in the gym, small amounts of cardio, putting food sources in the right places at the right times and overall health.

If that's all lined up you can eat so much food before you become miserable. Especially the gym and food sources part.
 
Seems like you’re in great shape already! How do you know when you are ready to compete? Is it a certain body fat to weight ratio or just an aesthetic judgment?

But just to humor me and satisfy my curiosity, at what weight do you guys figure that will be compared to your current weight? How long do you guys figure it will take? I don’t mean to be nosy but I have wondered about these things but have not met anyone prepared to compete before…

It's not so much a weight thing as it is a look thing.

I want to see his chest, arms and hamstrings/quads improve a good bit. Maybe 8-10lbs or muscle spread over those spots? But it's hard to say.

Thanks bro. I’m still fairly new to all this. That’s why I got a coach or else I’d just be spinning my wheels and not progressing like I am now. I waited to late in life to do all the trial and error runs 😅
 
First pull day with Versa grips and oh man what a game changer they are, worth every penny. Took a minute to get used to them and they need more breaking in but they make a world of difference. Finishing up with 20 min on treadmill

Brutal leg day. But I’m bound and determined to grow these legs into something crazy. I consider them my weakest link in my physique. The strength in them are getting insane now just gotta give them time to grow

delts and upper back on Easter. First workout in a couple weeks with pre workout felt like the seams was going to bust in my shirt 🤣 may be time to go up a size

Legs and arms tonight. Finally getting my form down and comfortable on barbell squats so I figure I’ll start progressing in them fairly well… hopefully lol. Check ins tomorrow.
