sept 2025 shipping delays?

hey guys just wondering what’s happened to order ordered sept 22 and nothing had moved. slowest you guys have been since using dutch in over a year.

is anyone else experiencing this? 850- order just in limbo when it used to take max 4 days.

Glad you posted this is was going too as well i ordered the 20 an mine still hasn't moved. Same things they told me its slow, this is my first time ordering from Dutch so im like wtf. I was told if it dont move in 10 days they'll send out again from another location. I needed mh order last week in a pinch.
 
yeah i am not a fan of blood level fluctuations and always order well in advance of running out.

i’ve spent more on gear many times but still 800- is more than some people make in a week just to be sitting in limbo.

i’m confident he will make it right and will circle back to update eventually.

Right, email support said if you have any tracking at all that it has been dropped off and it’s now just waiting on a USPS scan. That seems kind of odd considering the amount of people that haven’t gotten any movement besides Shipping Label created etc… hmmm.

I agree, I reached out too support but they just told me too wait . I also was told after 10 days of no movement they ship it again. An were at 10 days, will they send me my $ back or ?

Yea i was trying but I usually went with hammer an bell, saw all thag rif raf. If ik this was gonna be the situation I would of stuck with them. They're customer service has always been good too me.
 
All the packs will eventually move

We have reship policy after 10 days if your pack doesn´t move
I am responding to every case by PM case by Case
we have a 24/7 email support you send your order number you get a situation right away
those who have been working with Dutch knows we always fallow up with everyone

Interesting, you must live fairly close to where they ship from or something Lmao. I’m going on day five shipping label created. I will give them the benefit of the doubt though.

Mine is at 10 days right now. I received refund tho.
 
Unfortunately these things happen. All packs have left but the mail system tends to fail us time to time.

Everyone will be taken care of as always. Just PM the boss man with your order number and any updates you have.

Other than the recent testing issues the only issues I’ve ever had with Dutch has been shipping times. I think we get used to super fast TD’s so when things take a little longer we get worried. After communicating with them to get replacements for under dosed vials I waited a week and nothing. I sent a PM here and it was handled immediately. I think they are really backlogged. Not only are they correcting their mistakes but they are probably busy verifying past orders. My replacements were from multiple orders this year so it’s a little time consuming to go through everyone’s order history to verify. Best of luck. Waiting on shipping sucks sometimes.

Like the packs just get lost or thrown away or stolen by usps employees?

Some orders might be slower than usual , this has to do with the shipping carrier

We are proceeding to reship for orders that didn't move since the 22nd
(those orders might eventually move through network and be delivered later, those clients will in fact receive 2x the same order)

I ordered the beginning of month and the package just sat there for over a week. They reshipped and it sat there for almost a week as well. The second package finally left and arrive 4-5 days later. I thought I was the only one but definitely not very efficient shipping, clearly. Ordered from three other sponsors during that time and all of those orders arrived within 3-4 days of placing the order.

We always offer reship if the initial package doesn't move after a.few days
We have now 2 new warehouses location for shipping
Unfortunately the postal services can be slow for some cases, we can't control this
