sept 2025 shipping delays?

I ordered the beginning of month and the package just sat there for over a week. They reshipped and it sat there for almost a week as well. The second package finally left and arrive 4-5 days later. I thought I was the only one but definitely not very efficient shipping, clearly. Ordered from three other sponsors during that time and all of those orders arrived within 3-4 days of placing the order.

yeah i understand a few days but that’s too long. gear is quality so unfortunate.

Yea it’s been 5 days and mine still just says shipping label created. I’ve had faster shipping times ordering shit from china.

Yeah and they just say that it’s the post office’s fault. It’s not the post office if it happens this regularly to every single customer. No coincidence that everyone else’s shipping goes out without a hiccup. And when it says label created that’s exactly what it means - that the label has been created. It updates when the package is in their possession but they told me countless times that the package was in their possession when it wasn’t…otherwise I would have had the package or it would have at least been on the way. In fact, the first shipment they “sent” me still at this very moment says shipping label created and it was created a month ago. I will say that I did get my shipment but it wasn’t without a headache. It would be good practice to straighten out the shipping mistakes or actually be apologetic about it rather than insistent that it’s not their fault but placing blame on the post office. Accountability goes a long way.

Preach brother. These kind of things make people go to different sources which is unfortunate but that’s just how it goes.

We are shipping between 50 to 80 packs a day brother

12 packs have tracking issues and they all have been addressed and we are reshipping those are issues that unfortunately happen with shipping

I understand that from your point of view you are extrapolating, you will get personal assistance if you are concerned by this situation

We are dealing with those issues by PM or email it's safer not to disclose any shipping infos on open forum
 
Its crazy how Dutch sends stuff out rapid speeds 24/7 and then a situation happens out of his control and everyone wants to start complaining and trying to say nothing was "sent". And on top of all that he is resending and most of you will get double the order for free.. We got you guys so spoiled its crazy.

It has to be scanned into the system to show its moving. And if it was scanned in IT WOULD BE MOVING.. That IS the issue so stop saying it was only "label created"
 
Heck, they picked up funds only to tell me they will not be able to ship till after the xxxx to security issues. ??? Why was I not told beforehand? Like Im suppose to feel real good now with this company.

My last order took almost 3 weeks, now this order is stuck on label created? So you’re blaming the post office saying they just aren’t scanning the package? Well I guess we will find out if I end up with two packages.

We’re saying packs were dropped off with certainty. From there it’s out of our hands. The packs get scanned in and that starts the postal process. If they are not scanned “label created” they obviously won’t move. This unfortunately has happened before. It’s out of our hands and furthermore the boss sends out additional packs after only 10 days.

You guys would of hated the old school days 😂

im not sure why you’re laughing about people spending their hard earned money and being frustrated. I’ve ordered shit from china and have had faster delivery times. I’m trying to be a loyal customer but being called spoiled and laughed at is a little bothersome.

Again, referencing something out of our control. That means nothing to me man. The postal service was working great when you ordered from china, your missing the point.

Working hard 24/7 and being told our shipping is slow and sucks is bothersome 🤝🏼

Facts. My wife gets her script mail order (insurance says that’s where it has to come from). The pharmacy is 14 miles from our house. Her meds 2 months ago shipped on Wednesday and arrived the next Thursday. USPS is terrible sometimes. I had a pack that showed in San Francisco on a Monday (out for delivery) it said…I live 2600 miles from CA 😂😂

Funny you say that, if they were so positive it was USPS why are they refunding me after 5 days of no movement? Sounds like shit just never even got sent out.
 
Well, I literally just got a tracking update. Delivery is set for Saturday. I will own up to being wrong.. I guess I was just concerned given the other people complaining of the same issue.

Years ago when I was dealing with someone not on this forum it took my pack about a month to get to me. That pack somehow got shipped to about three different countries but I got it. It was the post offices fault plus I've had to wait awhile with a sponsor (not Dutch) with a few packs & he sent me tracking # & it was still late, again the post offices fault. Have faith in these guys

I think we have gotten a little spoiled with these sources that ship domestic. I remeber back in the day when it was the norm to wait 2 to 4 weeks for a pack. Now everyone thinks every source should be like amazon prime.
The us postal service is trash.
Thats why amazon doesn't use them.
I placed a order from true nutrition last week. Its been 8 days and it's still not here. And it sat in Vegas for 6 days. Shit takes time sometimes. I'm not gonna call True Nutrition and freak out cuz I don't have my protein yet.
Some of yall need to chill. Respectfully

Wait, this isn’t shipped domestic? If that’s the case, then I change my tune completely. From the usps origin I was sent in shipping, it appeared to be domestic. But with a name like Dutch, I’d only assume it’s international. But I would also assume that they have US storage specifically for quick domestic shipping. If I’m totally wrong, then I apologize and that explains the timing and not fair to compare to other sponsors where I received packages in mere days. Either way, I know that I received my package and received what I paid for. Also being new to this, I know to have more patience in the future. A healthy mindset for ordering is simple:

1. stop checking tracking/notes
2. give it 2 weeks more or less before you give it a second thought, more often than not you’ll already have it in your hands before that 2 week period
