So everyone is raving about how well this stuff drops fat. So will it make the sketchy and somewhat risky clenbuterol and T3 obsolete for contest prep?
I would be happy to use this in lieu of the other two. Especially if it works better.

My big question is how does the fat loss and use of semaglutide affect the use and efficacy of anabolics. I am not ready to lose a greater percent of muscle in prep using semaglutide over clen and T3.

good question. I think peter attilla exposed how the majority of weight lost was muscle. someone needs to do a study where at least high protein intake and resistance training were part of it. Then include anabolics

I posed a question about using it in a lean bulk because of a video I saw by Ryan Humiston. He claimed that your protein intake has to be massive to avoid muscle loss. Most on here said to only use it for cutting so I scrapped it for now.

On a side note, about a year ago, my primary physician was considering prescribing it to me because of my heart/BP issues. She said it can significantly lower the chances of a heart attack or stroke. She also said that they have been conducting trials with Alzheimer's patients because it may help with memory retention. I have two grandparents who suffered from Alzheimer's and it was devastating to see them suffer so I have been considering getting it either through prescription (if my insurance will cover it) or using Amino Asylum just for the heart and mind benefits. I also like that it is one dose per week.

My doctor warned me that this medication in clinical trials caused blindness for a very small percentage of people. That's inof of a reason for me not to use this medication but to cut the old fashion way.

Great point. In my experience Semaglutide is great for weight loss, not specifically fat loss.

I think MOTS-c may be a better option.
Cause we need to eat lots of protein to retain muscle on a cal restricted diet...
Sema seems to work by making you feel nauseous so you dont eat.

Sema seems to work by making you feel nauseous so you dont eat.

I’ve given 5 different people semaglutide and none of them including myself ever experienced nausea.

Yes it cuts your appetite. Yes you need to keep your protein high. I’ve not been able to workout at all the past couple months and I’ve lost 15lbs. I can bet it’s been fat and muscle.

No nausea here either

There is some confusion that Sema only works by appetite suppression but that is untrue. It is a diabetes drug first and foremost.

Semaglutide also lowers blood sugar, increases insulin resistance etc. Lowers the amount of glucagon released, delays gastric emptying and reduces appetite!

BTW I have some back in just today. It will be sold out within a few days so if you need it please grab it. Not a pitch. Def seeing shortages at the lab, this and TB500 and even my MT2 is late as hell compared to any normal time frame.

I had it happen once but as Wes mentioned it was on a super busy workday and I legit didn't have time to eat.

My issue is food causes my to go hyp… reactive hypoglycemia…. So even when i eat…. Maybe gh will help this !?

Use more complex slower digesting carbs. Sweet potatoes, oats, etc.

I don’t compare the two . Just because they are all effective for various reasons , especially bodybuilding and (your appetite). Semaglutide/Ozempic/weygovy and other type 2 diabetes medicines do a complete number on your appetite and satiety . I’d love to hear about people experiences so a log is what I’d love to see more (especially semaglutide) .
