We have a trip planned later this year to go there. I got a road glide rented from a Harley dealer for a few days so Im planning on riding up the coast and to the red wood forest on the bike. But looking for other things to do while we are there Anybody have any recomendations to do there ?

There’s wine country up in Napa, plus Fort Bragg and the Peninsula/Bay Area. Marin is always worth exploring, great riding out there, especially looping around, crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, and cruising through the Presidio. You’ve also got some excellent routes heading south through Portola Valley, Woodside, and along Highway 35, connecting from 280 out to the coast and PCH. South even more is highway 17/9 down to Santa Cruz. I would avoid the east bay like the plague.

@netix might have some solid recommendations too.

Recommendation #1 get out of SF as fast as humanly possible before you have everything stollen from you. Crime is high and the police do not do much "their hands are tied".... Also the longer you stay the greater chance you have of stepping in human fecies or on a dirty hypo..
Once outside however there are some good options if you are headed north. If you are into wine, champagne etc the Healdsbugr and Guerneville area have tons of wineries from small family owned to larger companies like Twomey and Korbel. Just the River Rd & Westside Rd paths through those two areas could keep you busy all day and would be nice for a ride. Far less commercialized than Napa if you prefer more laid back.
If you are looking for a longer ride and really looking to go north do some research on a town called Eureka. Its further north than Ft Bragg so you would still be able to ride through there too. They filmed a show called "The Craftsman" there about a local resident.
