Nice brother… I’m sitting at 254lb and about 12-13% maybe 14% lol. But I’m 6’4 so it balances it out. I too am trying to shed about 10 lbs but I don’t want to lose any muscle lol. Anavar here I come

I just like Anavar for its anti catabolic effect man. I can do HIIT training and bump the Anavar 50-75mg ed and not have to worry about wasting away.

I actually just picked up 100 count of SB’s Anavar 25mg’s… that’ll be a start for sure

Right now just a TRT dose of Test and 200mg EW of Deca (joint support). So I’m just cruising right now. I have an idea for my next run but I’ve had to tweak it. I think I’m a month out from running it. It’s hard getting good DHB and I’ve wanted to incorporate that into a run for a while.
