Road to freak or bust

Solid day today got a lot done. Legs were torched all day and cardio was done later on in the day. For whatever reason hunger was up today more than usual. Nothing major just noticeable for me. About 12k extra steps in. Ready for a killer push day tomorrow with some intensifiers.
 
Morning everyone. Great start to the day and hoping to keep the momentum going. Usual morning routine like every day haha I’m a little OCD 🤣. Today was a push day with intensifiers and it was great. Most of the weights stayed the same, either more reps or a slight weight increase. I’ve made a good amount of progress so far and have kept it steady so far while cutting food. This I think is a week to make sure that all form and tempo is correct and to solidify the numbers I’ve achieved so far. Obviously this will depends on how I felt or the sets go etc. but controlling the weights and form has been key for me and don’t want to get away from that especially not for “ego” haha.

Thanks man I really appreciate it. Some days are harder than others but so far the switch hasn’t even been close to switching off. Biggest thing I can say is listen to the body. Hopefully this log helps motivate us as well. Keep up the good work brotha
 
Alright guys so today was a pull day and a good one at that in my opinion. Hunger definitely up today as well but still manageable. Usual routine for the day except I used a mutan madness pre that my buddy gave me it says it’s a high stim but didn’t affect me that way. Anyway here’s the workout below followed with the usual 40min of cardio. Lotta new veins and striating appearing definitely leaning out even more this week but again check ins will be the judge of that. I felt a tiny bit gassed at the end of the workout but I think that’s just cause I left it all under the weights. I’m at that point now where everyone’s telling me I look huge but I know I’ve lost almost 50lbs now with this cut so I feel small and flat haha. But it’s a mind fuck that’s how the game goes. Just gotta keep pushing and grinding until I can reverse out and put some quality fucking size on. The freak term I use isn’t just for fun I wanna be a monster and step on stage and have people be like holy shit haha. Eye on the prize gentleman

So last night I dosed myself up and knocked just felt like I needed to shut myself down haha ended up sleeping sound for 9 hours woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go. I was a little worried about legs not being ready cause of how sore they were but they were ready. Got an extra 11-12k steps in yesterday. Same morning routine than hit legs B hard and will have 25 minutes cardio later on which I have a feeling will be grueling at first lol. Rest times were a little longer than usual cause of all the plate moving etc but an amazing workout. I’m at the point now I think for the most part where strength will
Level out and be slowly progressive. I haven’t regressed on anything but seeing how strength and weights have jumped while still being in a deficit I don’t think I’ll see that again for a little, but again progress is progress and as long as tempo and form doesn’t suffer or regress it’s a good sign.

What’s up everyone happy Friday. So I woke up today an hour earlier than I planned starving which is an mindfuck cause weight went up a little and couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up stretched really good and said fuck it and started the day. I got a sample of big bang which I took this morning and I think it was a saving grace I’ll explain why in a minute and that psychotic from @GYMnTONIC and as promised I’ll give a little review.
Never used either but the focus from the Big Bang is what got me e through today’s workout. Wasn’t over stimmy just kept me focused which was good because for whatever reason halfway through the workout body felt like it had no fuel, and was hungry. Still pushed the workout and exercises and had a great workout but today was the first day I was like damn haha. I’ll review the psychotic Monday. With that being said the workout will be below and it was followed by 40 minutes of cardio as well as a minute warm up and 2 minute cool down. I look way leaner in the mirror and added another notch down on the lifting belt which I thought was cool and a good sign as well that in definitely still tightening up.

Longer day today than I would have liked but about to be done. Got an extra 10-11k steps in. I have literally been starving all fucking day. I’ve stretched out all meals again. Just been chugging water I’ll get about 2 gallons down today easy. Also definitely a little tired. But I’ll get some solid rest tonight. Just a cardio session tomorrow and rest. Hope everyone ended the week strong
 
Morning everyone didn’t get exactly the sleep I wanted. Pretty sure my wallet got lost or stolen and had literally everything in my name right now in it lol so hopefully I can get squared away Monday with new cards etc and able to cash my check only me . But with that being said I’ll give another hard look today can’t cry over it. Check ins sent this morning average weight down a lb for the week. It was a mind fuck this week a little between some personal stuff and I just had this constant tiny flat feeling all week. I’ll throw up some pics later I’m definitely leaner and tighter lifts haven’t dropped etc so I know still moving in a good direction just a personal feeling today’s just a cardio day so I’ll bang that out soon and update ya once I talk to coach.
 
Cardio done it was a breeze today 40 minutes at a 10 incline 4 speed. One minute warm up walk 2 minute cool down. Just finished meal 1 which I move to eggs, egg whites, bagel or toast, peanut butter and strawberries since food has lowered and this fills me up a little more than a lower volume shake. Interested to see how my hunger is today, but I already kinda have that in gunna be hungry again today too 🤣 which is fine cause it’s bearable and an indicator for coach
 
day ended well today. Talked to coach gunna increase cardio from 40 to 45 minutes keep leg days the same. Bump up carbs a little ok training days and mostly veg on non training days. I’m gunna murder this week and see where it takes me also got some nasty drop sets on leg day which I’m excited for idk why I love to suffer 🤣. Gunna end the day with around an extra 11-12k steps. And hit the sack. Have a good night everyone
 
Morning everyone. Last night wasn’t a shitty sleep but the kid was up like every hour to hour and a half so that means I was only got about 7-7.5 of very interrupted sleep haha. I woke up feeling like I had to take a shit that wouldn’t come and just ehh in general so I decided to chug some water have a coffee chug some more water and than got the 45 minutes of cardio outta the way with a 2 minute warm up and a 2 minute cool down and already got meal 1 in. Today should be a relaxing rest day in general especially if I have anything to say about it and I’m hoping to hit the sheets extremely early. Tomorrow leg session will be gnarly so I wanna be primed for it. Side note my child is a maniac went shopping yesterday I’m putting the groceries in the house I see a tub of protein I’m like where the fuck did this come from so I asked and the response I got was “ I know you love this stuff and drink a lot of it daddy so I got it for you” my heart melted and I was happy but than I was like fuck gotta explain that you technically didn’t get it and it’s stealing but I’ll chalk it up as all pluses a learning lesson, a free tub of protein and a child who thinks of me and is also into fitness already. Happy Monday everyone let’s kill this week and get it rolling. Got a super solid 7.5-8 hours of sleep woke up feeling really refreshed ready to go. Little earlier than I wanted but got up and fucking nuked legs Jesus Christ haha. With that being said normal routine walk the dog, take the supps and vitamins, protein shake etc. only thing I changed today was I used psychotic sample I ordered from @GYMnTONIC . I wanted to compare this to the Big Bang I used Friday as well as some others I’ve been using for the board and for Wes cause he’s fucking awesome haha. So… definitely different from big bang but not in a bad way . With the Big Bang I felt more laser focused with a small stim feeling but I’d describe it as a get up and go feeling with psychotic I had more of a euphoric focus as well as more of a stimmy energy feeling not overwhelming at all just enough in my opinion. With that being said I had an amazing workout I’ll definitely be getting some more big bang samples from @GYMnTONIC as well as most likely a tub of psychotic there is one more sample he’ll have soon I might try first cause I also want some of that bone daddy cologne pheromone I’ve seen you guys talk about as well as the soap some mt2 and a couple other things. Ok enough jabbering here’s the workout.

Weight is still trending up a little idk why but I feel I’m definitely leaner way more veiny and even lost another notch on my lifting belt. We will see what coach says come Saturday

Days ending soon so figured I’d update cause I wanna knock when I get home. Legs were torqued all day haha but I managed although a little wobbly at times 🤣 between 10-11k extra steps not including the 25 mins of cardio. I’ll be running home eating my last meal. Got upper tomorrow followed by 45 minutes of cardio and than check ins Saturday. Excited to check in with coach and see what the next week will bring. I definitely think I’ve leaned out even more from what I’m seeing in the mirror.
 
Don’t have time for a full update but definitely had a strong week. I can confidently say everything on plan was followed to a tee and I left everything under the bar and on the treadmill every day. I want to finish this cut strong and hit a growth phase hard. Weight dipped again today. Lost another notch on the weight belt none of my fucking underwear or pants fit me haha. It’s going well. 45 of cardio done after the workout which I’ll post later but it was a great workout pump Intensity etc all good. Pictures tomorrow and than see what the plan holds for next week
 
Ended up getting about 13-14k extra steps yesterday was longer day than I wanted but ended up getting 8 hours of sleep thank god. Woke up and weight dropped a little. The little ones birthday today so it’ll be busy but special. Sent check in to coach so waiting to see where we go from here so I’ll let you guys know. Also anyone see this stuff these guys are using now? This butcher balm stuff like topical bpc tb500 and some other things anyone have any experience? And what’s with all these nose strips these guys are wearing now lol. Anyway hope everyone’s good I’ll update later.
 
Alright been a long day little one had an amazing birthday and party and a surprise for her tomorrow too. Lots of good food around but one I’ve trained myself not to really want it haha I had a bite of the little ones cookie that’s about it cause I was given the puppy dog eyes but that won’t kill me. Otherwise all meals followed to a tee. Could have had an off day from cardio today but fuck that we got goals we wanna reach so 45 minutes at 3.8-4 speed at a 10 incline. I got massive heartburn at one point today which I never get too I tried a different brand of peanut butter so I’m hoping it was just that I took 2 Pepcid it went away. Otherwise it’ll be a late one tonight I’ll end up with at least 15-16k extra steps and that’s probably underestimating. Had a good check in with coach. Dropped fats a slight touch. Increase cardio 2 times a week by 5 minutes which I’ll just keep breezing through.no intensifiers or anything this week so I’ll jsjt keep going balls out anyway haha. I want to end this week on an amazing push and get to a place where we reverse our or dive a little deeper for another week. I’m hungry excited and ready to go. No rest for the wicked and I keep telling myself I’m outdoing 90% of the motherfucjers out there I want it more. Let’s get it done. I’ll post up some pics soon. Now I know I’m really getting old lol. My ass was up way too late last night but Worth it. Unfortunately because of the little ones surprise today I’m running on fumes like 4 hours but gotta do what we gotta do. I was starving when I woke up so I went straight to my first meal. Getting ready for the day now I’ll do my 45 of cardio later weight stayed down ass well so happy about that and also getting a good night sleep lol
 
Well ended up getting about 7 hours. Felt a little groggy getting up but crunched on time so kicked my ass into gear. I woke up went to the bathroom and looked like a roadmap haha veins everywhere just popping. Im like ohh yeah definitely dropped a little more weight haha which I know it’s just a scale but weight dipped back up and yesterday was a lower food day. These last couple of days have been hectic and very busy which I feel could be contributing as well. Today will be hectic too but it looks like smooth sailing starting tomorrow so I’m hoping to get home today and just be a lazy fuck and knock out early. Ended up with about 11-12k extra steps yesterday and ended up having to do the cardio later than I wanted unfortunately and had a good legs A this morning which I’ll post up later. Let’s start the week off strong guys.
 
Just finished off today’s cardio. Long day lots of steps and activity I’d say at least 12- 13k extra steps. Hunger was up a little today but it usually is on leg days. Reta is definitely still helping keep it in check. Tomorrow a push day so now to get ready for bed get some rest and crush it tomorrow
 
Got some decent sleep not what I wanted but about 7-7.5. Got a call early has to take the kid to school her mother couldn’t do it so I did that got a great push session in and than got yet another call my mothers ride to the hospital never showed up so I ran to take her to surgery so ill complete the cardio later once I get her home. Woke up yet again body looking like a roadmap weight dipped yet again. I was hungry when I woke up that protein shake was everything haha.
