Woke up today feeling great got a really good upper workout in this morning then got thrown a curveball and had to grab my kid from her ma for school something happened to her car so cardio’s getting pushed back to now. When I got home I felt so tired ended up taking a 30-45 min nap and getting some food in me. Otherwise weight took another little dip again. And gunna finish this week strong and reevaluate with coach tomorrow for check ins. Tweaked the elbow a little today so I’ll be pinning the bpc157 between there and the knee.
