The responsibility required of the rep is fair and reasonable.. PSL has been a leader in the market (good times and bad, and good times again), since I joined the team I have implemented and put in place principles & standards that need to be met, and it's all for the customers needs and satisfaction..Because of these notions we've been dominating not only with the quality, but the unparralleled customer service.. I've been in AAS retail/marketing a long time , so I know what requirements need to be reached in order to have a fully functional operating TEAM.. Are the expectations for an elite military group absurd? I used this reference because of certain requirements yields a better operating unit..
I'm not looking for rep whores, because clearly the requirements are a bit tough, but for someone they could be rather easy if they posses the skills..Look at Mace and Joz for an example, 2 of the best guys Ive had the privilege to work with, and I requested the same from Mace when I first hired him and he exceeded my expectations and then some! ya dig?
