Do antibiotic steroids keep you from getting an abscess?
I got an idea for a blend:
100 mast p
100 test e
100 penicillin

Call it Penicillibolan.
use that picture of the dad bod with staff in both ass cheeks as your marketing ad. "Penicillibolan--90% less ass infections than common AAS"

You don’t need to run a cycle. Focus on diet and training if you’ve stalled. You could probably eat more and train smarter.

If you’re dead set. You need nothing more than test only. Also, I would start lower instead of jumping to 500mg just to learn how your body responds. However, you’ll probably lack the discipline to do that anyways.

That PCT is not great. You’re young and will bounce back but I wouldn’t use that protocol.

Can you afford to do blood work? You’re gonna want to know what your baseline is off of gear and know exactly what’s going on when you’re on gear. So you know if you ever got back to your healthy 18yo condition.

Once you hop on, you will feel great and strong and would be attached to the feeling of being on cycle. It’s a slippery slope. You’re not fully developed until 26 and the hormones will likely change things.

Look into getting help with training and diet to bust through this plateau and slowed growth. Do yourself a favor and wait to run gear.

One thing i struggle with is progressive overload. Even if i keep sleep and diet the same i find that my strength is ALL over the place, like some days im curling 15, while on others im struggling to do 7.5s. any idea on possible causes?

Weigh your food. You’re not eating consistently. Your activity level is also probably all over the place.

Thank you for the response,
Yeah I plan on doing bloodwork beforehand, I'm trying to make sure to be as informed going into the cycle as possible.
About the building up in test to 500mg how would you approach it?
Im most intrigued about the PCT, you say you wouldnt use the protocol, what would you do instead?

Minor increases like 50-100mg once you stall out on weights and/or the scale not going up.
Probably over the course of 3-4 mos.

Like others have said none of it matters unless you get your diet dialed. You won’t really make permanent progress.

I don’t remember who has said it. But it is like bringing a bunch of workers to a construction site and not giving them the materials to build. If that makes sense.

Be non-negotiable about meeting your macros before hopping on.

I don’t do PCT anymore. Im sure you can find great examples if you dig around a bit. You would likely bounce back from that but there’s much better protocols.

If your not making gaines at 18. Your diet is either off or your not lifting hard/heavy enough. Get a coach to assess your lifting and diet first and go from there.
Sorry, im late to comment. Looks like you been given a lot of good suggestions. I would start with getting your diet situation. Weighting your food is mandatory. To make sure your hitting your macros. This should be #1.

depends lol, ill definitely make sure to get my macros in check and give it my all naturally, still planning on doing a cycle though
To grow, if you can afford it, because food isn’t cheap but that’s the most important anabolic aspect of building muscle, I suggest: 3 food meals and 3 shakes, alternating between them.

Shoot for 5,000 calories daily, split equally into approximately 833 calories per meal.

50 grams of protein per meal/shake is the most you’ll be able to absorb, if even that, giving you 25% of your cals from protein: boneless/skinless chicken breast, London broil/top round, eye of round steak, lean ground beef 93%, lean ground turkey breast, whole eggs, baked fish, whey isolate/concentrate.

25% calories from fats which is 23 grams of fat: fish oil, olive oil, mct oil, egg 🥚 yolks, nuts 🥜 peanut butter, avocado 🥑, etc..

50% of your calories from complex carbs which is 104 grams: yams 🍠, baked potatoes 🥔, steamed brown or white rice 🍚, oats, pasta 🍝, sourdough bread 🥖, etc.

For quick and easy protein shakes I’d put 50 grams of whey isolate/concentrate in a shaker cup with 80 grams of complex carbs from quick/instant oats, 35 grams of fat from MCT oil/coconut oil. Mix it with ice water. This will taste delicious, annd it’s very fast and easy to chug. It’s not the exact macros but close on calories. I just can’t justify consuming more than 50 grams of complete proteins per meal.

Train hard with key exercises: Flat/inclined Bench press w/barbell/dumbells, barbell/t-bar/dumbell rows, squats/deadlifts/rack pulls, barbell/dumbell curls, skull crushers/narrow grip bench press/cable pushdowns, seated calve raises, weighted abdominal crunches. Train 5 days a week. Train every muscle once a week, perfect form, 6-12 reps, as heavy as you safely can get 12, 10, 8, 6 reps (4 sets total, plus a couple light warmups).

You will grow if you eat this way and train this way!!! I trained naturally from age 19 to age 27. I started at 145Lbs. I ended up at 230Lbs naturally. Stay consistent! Always train safely with perfect form! Eat, eat, eat!!! 👍

It’s like I can’t stop reading this. Man you’ve asked a bunch of questions and get a bunch of good answers and every single response to them is that’s hard but I’ll try, I’ll try , that’s hard. And the only thing you say yes to is the gear. Serious read through your answers cause your gunna fuck yourself up, cause I can already tell you won’t Change the the training or diet habits . Your gunna hurt yourself man

Of coarse, he’s 18.. one of the new generation that expects everything to come easy and is scared of hard work.. Probably do one cycle fuck himself up then stop lifting and lose any progress he acquired.. It’s a lifestyle and if you’re not ready for it there’s zero point in starting on gear. Get your mind right first

I WILL make a solid effort at dieting just maybe not eating fucking 5000 calories off the bat, if diet is apparently a issue i need to work on i'm not gonna say I'll go for an insane count which probably the top of the top of athletes are actually able to pull off

I'm already trying to make strides in order to reach the prerequisites to benefit from the gear, im aware at the very least that blasting this shit without showing any sort of commitment beforehand or not making sure it's carried out properly is gonna be a huge waste of my health and time.

I promise you I'm gonna get into the necessary swing of things before I start shooting shit into my veins. There is a reason on why I haven't started yet.

Eating that many calories from clean food gets old very quickly! That’s why I used to do a lot more protein /oat shakes than meals. Chocolate/vanilla whey, quick oats, MCT oil, and iced water go down so quick and easy! If you don’t feel like cooking or eating then chug those.

You forgot the part about getting titties that will be there long after he quits gyming.
The bright side? Gyno isn’t as noticable in fat, cone tits.

We all know that he's going to do it anyway.
Of course. I made a joke about growth plates and…low and behold, he actually answered, meaning it’s something he thought about.
I never, ever have heard mention of them except when discussing with parents, when their kids can start significant weight traing.
Never before this forum anyway.
Here we have seen it several times.

Here’s what I think is going on:
Any of you who remember the Charles Atlas ads in the back of comic books will remember the cartoon had a skrawny guy getting sand kicked in his face. The advertised solution was to buy this Atlas program and become a “real man”.
In my observations in the gym and here on ASF, jumping on steroids is the modern day equivalent.
Pin some gear and the bullies will cower away whilst the ladies will fall at your feet.
And so we have this trend, which is becoming a norm.

It’s fucking sad, that’s all there is from my perspective.

I get being disenfranchised and seeking some remedy. I grew up super small and a weakling looking cunt. But I found other ways to be popular and make my way. Gyms and fitness didn’t exist as we know it today and the only physical people were jocks. I was a farm boy. We didn’t mix.

To the OP, I was 50 kilos at 16. I barely grew much from there. I had no pubic hair, no underarm hair and any secondary characteristic that you would expect for a male of 18 years old. I was 145 pounds (wet) when I joined the armed forces at 20 years old.
I didn’t lift a single weight until 23.
Still, I was getting more than my share of pussy and had a very fruitful social life.
Perhaps you have been led to believe that physical prowess is paramount through social media? It is NOT. Personality, character and morality are what matters. Have these things and the right people will gravitate towards you.

Get the steroid thing out of your head immediately. Get all these other things as your priority and if a physical presence is important to you, then simple do all the diet and training things so generously provided to youin this thread.

And those 15 kilo dumbbells…I don’t ever use 15 kilo dumbbells to curl. I doubt you need to either.
