I’m the same as SC, graduated hs at 6’2” and 150lbs. Went on to play a D1 contacts sport at an ACC school. Graduates college at 170. We had to lift weights but they gave no guidance on eating. I got somewhat stronger but what I got way stronger with proper nutrition.

The year after college, I tried to put the jeans on. I wore the year before and I couldn’t get them over my thighs and I wasn’t working out. I have never had any fat on my legs and over my 20s, I gained about 50 pounds with only working out intermittently. That shows you I didn’t reach my full physical maturity potential until my mid to late 20s.

I didn’t touch a steroid until I went on TRT in my 50s.

I still play the sport i was a D1 athlete, And before I went on TRT was still one of the top players in my league and at national tournaments and was awarded MVP multiple times. Being stronger helps to a degree but won’t give you the skills needed to play at a high level.

I’m glad I didn’t try steroids when I was younger and fuck up my hormones and possibly my health.

doing it because you’re 18 and still small makes absolutely no sense to me. Especially when you don’t have your training and nutrition on point.

He’s old and confused haha go ahead jump to 5k calories naturally. You’ll grow alright 👍
“I'm the J-O-E to the C ho

Call me Joe C, got more game than Coleco

I'm a freak ho, call me sick

Three foot nine with a ten foot dick

The ladies pick, I'm a crazy hick

And rake through kind like a bum through wine

It's my time so I'm gonna shine like glass

Old as piss, but small as ass”

Okay, then let’s drop the calories to 600 calories per meal and shakes totaling 3,600 total calories.
@Nood is correct! I’m old as f@ck!
In the 8 years I trained naturally I did grow from 145Lbs to 230Lbs, not shredded, but never fat! I looked like a WWE wrestler, one of the guys that loses to the freaks. When I added in AAS I was called Triple H all the time. The AAS held my 230Lbs while reducing my body fat down to 7%.

My main point was that you have to eat a lot of good clean food or shakes every 2-3 hours to grow. You can adjust calories based on what you see in the mirror. But food is the most anabolic aspect. All the roids in the world won’t get you looking the way you want if you aren’t consuming enough protein, and complex carbs every 2-3 hours. Yes, if you eat sloppy, dirty food you will gain more body fat. If you eat clean the way I described you’ll put on muscle and a little fat. No way in heck will you get fat from eating the clean diet I wrote. It won’t happen!

I just trying to help based on my personal experience. I’m hesitant to recommend AAS at your age.

Hell yeah, thank you for this memory. I had almost forgotten Joe C. 🤣
