Ive been cutting and was struggling with workout energy. Usually i have some overnight oats w blueberries but ive been adding a couple big spoonfuls of honey lately. It’s made a big difference.
Generally the easiest for me is rice or oats because I workout in morning. When I lifted later just whatever my meal wasAside from COR or Rice cakes what are you guys eating?

Good idea yes I thought about doing thatI grind up some oats to powder , with collagen, protein powder, creatine, salt.
I drink it about a hour before workout and I don’t have any issues, plus it’s extra fiber!Good idea yes I thought about doing that

hahaI do this sometimes as well I workout very early AM most days, and I prefer working out on empty stomach, but def gain more if and when consistently eating before I lift.I wake up at 4am to do lengthy heavy lifting. Along with a preworkout drink and a pill and a cup of coffee, I wont eat anything before hand but I will do is mix one scoop of muscle milk with water and mix in rice crispies with it. Gives me plenty of fuel. After the workout is done, I'll take in a shit ton of calories.
Only 1 issue.... If your on a BP med called Lisinopril. Keep potassium LOW because it can cause nasty side effects. Even fatal.Bananas because monkey never cramps.
