Ive been cutting and was struggling with workout energy. Usually i have some overnight oats w blueberries but ive been adding a couple big spoonfuls of honey lately. It’s made a big difference.
Generally the easiest for me is rice or oats because I workout in morning. When I lifted later just whatever my meal wasAside from COR or Rice cakes what are you guys eating?

Good idea yes I thought about doing thatI grind up some oats to powder , with collagen, protein powder, creatine, salt.
I drink it about a hour before workout and I don’t have any issues, plus it’s extra fiber!Good idea yes I thought about doing that
