PCT Advice/ PCT routine

Can someone post just a basic or previous PCT routine that you’ve used in the past and can recommend, I’ve read countless threads on other forums and wiki’s and have seen HCG for two weeks after a cycle then clomid or novaldex for 5 weeks with different dosages. I’d just like to see a laid out routine with a dosages that I can just follow after my cycle,
