You've genuinely conducted yourself this entire thread like a person who has zero concept of other people. Not one person here has said you're wrong for wanting a resolution. What you can't grasp is that you and only you have insisted on making it worse. This isnt walmart or Amazon. Resolution takes time and requires real human beings to figure out what's going on the old fashioned way and get back to you. Take a moment and reflect rather than continuing to bleat about the same few things you have been.

As all of you already responding how it should be. I’m trying to help him
Shipping is a pain in the arse already, especially for some deliveries. if someone having issues with delivery we need some time to locate and resolve it, it’s not magic bro, lots n lots of things are in play and once packages leave us many things are out of our control.

He just came onto us here and asking for refund straight away, even if the package is reshipped and on the verge of delivery, even some of them try for refund even when the package is delivered or about to be delivered.

Everyone knows, we are here to serve and we always try our best to do that.

So be chill about it, the outcome gonna be great for you indeed.
