Placed my order on July 3 haven’t received it. Contacted support told there was a problem said they would ship again. I said no just refund me they said they don’t do refunds and would ship it again. Here we are aug 23 said there is a problem with shipping again I just want my money back pretty sure I’m being scammed.

I WANT A REFUND SEND ME BACK MY MONEY I WILL NOT BE DM U ON THE SIDE U GIVE ME NO ANSWERS AND TRY TO DOWN PLAY THE SITUATION ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS SEND ME A REFUND

Really funny u went looking for this going out of ur way to get involved with me the guy that paid and didn’t receive what he paid for not the company that took the money and didn’t hold up their end seems a little weird
 
Somehow I’m the bad guy pugmaster I sent my money didn’t receive the product I don’t understand why u have a problem with me and not the company that took my money and didn’t send the order
 
Never said anything, just showing you the fine print, DP literally said they will help you out so..suggest getting to the issue and resolve it so everyone is happy

Would love to resolve it but can’t get a response from anyone at dragon pharma again very weird u keep coming to dragon pharma defense without any information on what has happened it’s very obvious u are dragon pharma pug master
 
DP also told me they would refund me, but to date I haven't received any refund... do you know how long it took me to make the payment to them? 5 minutes!!!!! so getting the money back doesn't take that long, it takes 5 minutes, the problem instead seems to be not wanting to return them.... then listening to D.P they said that no one has ever complained, to date we are 2 people complaining about not having received products and lost their money!

How long have you been waiting for your refund?
 
The literal rep is in your comment section trying to resolve the issue and you’re throwing a tantrum like a bitch. A member calls out their refund policy and you continue to act like a bitch.

Nobody has a problem with someone who has been scammed. We have a problem with someone who is claiming to be scammed then refuses to actually work to resolve the issue and thinks they can just get their money back like it’s fucking Walmart 🤡.


If your order didn’t arrive you talk to the REP on the forum and they’ll help you get a RESHIP.

You posting a claim then refusing to cooperate and demand shit that literally says isn’t happening and crying about getting called out for childish behavior is why people aren’t jumping to your rescue

This here is unfortunate, i myself ran across this soucre prob decade ago ,i never pushed order through.the customer service was ok.but look at this here,op 2 bottles of test international pack.cmon..
I kno this company had been around and i have ran there stuff.you really shouldn't put post threads like this outhere..
 
Yup I’m totally out of control it’s been 2 months 2 canceled orders no one will respond back to me and I’m the bad guy

Im not surprised...i havent and wont order from this source. Nothing bad to say or personal issues at all, just wont.
