Yup that’s me a cry baby how dare I complain about not getting my order it’s only been 2 months
 
“The company”. Hopefully their shareholders stay vested with such concerns regarding reliability! Maybe during their next quarterly call some bandwidth will be allocated towards order clarity. I’m sure that would add value, but that’s high level. I’ll let the company figure it out with key players deciding.

I will add, I’m being a jerk, but you are throwing a hissy fit. This is a grown man’s game, there is no “company” it’s a source and none of them are innocent by any meaningful measurement objectively. If my insight to the timeline holds up, you made your account at the end of June, hopped onto their website (which is a fucking mess by the way—their Cloudflare protection inside of their JS isn’t even configured to beat basic extensions) and then took advantage of a 50% off deal.

My advice, because this thread will certainly be deleted, is to reach out to them via email, if you do not hear anything back within a week, screenshot your order info and anything important and send it to a fucking admin. Scamming sources go bye bye or at least get exposed. Also because I’ve already called out their garbage website, you may as well look into any of the following, in no particular order: K4L, Marathon, Platinum, Syngenix, Azteca Gold, Ironlion, Stellar, or Sunrise. For fucks sake.

You flew off the handle when the company rep actually responded to you when you claimed nobody was getting back to you.

That’s like yelling at a server because you made a big fuss at a restaurant for nobody taking your order instead of just giving them your order

The rep responded quickly and appropriately and you sent him a bitchy message in all caps telling him you didnt want his help. Now youre complaining about not getting any help. Take a step back and look at your messages and reassess your attitude. They will get back to you eventually. Itd prolly be to your benefit to come with a little more respect.

Did you DM the rep? And if you did don’t expect them to drop everything they are doing and instantly message back. This isn’t their 9 to 5.

I would have preferred to receive what I ordered, but from what D.P says, the couriers do not ship to my address!
They say they tried twice. The first time this package went around China and came back, I was told to reorder and I followed what I was told, but it never shipped... I ordered in July...
Now even if I have only recently signed up I am not a newbie, and I can assure you that I have made several orders and from different countries including China, and I have never had a story like this, I thought this problem was an isolated thing, and instead this guy also came along to tell of a similar situation...

I’ve seen this same exact sort of behavior from dudes that then get exposed for being scammers trying to get free gear 😂. You’d think someone who was so upset would come through with receipts like screenshots of their emails and DMs with zero responses or with whatever nonsense but instead it’s “no I refuse”
 
Sounds like members want to solve this more than u.im sorry inconvenience its not my place here,im just wondering why so many cant resolve simple issues
