This vial was ordered in Egypt. Vial looks narrow/prolonged compared to ours. Not experienced and even experienced users will not find difference.We doubted ourselves, but the verification code (although it is partly damaged) was not found in our database, so it is for sure fake.

Another case.
2 vials have the same verification code. Vials were ordered by customer from some seller on Facebook. We do not have any page on Facebook or Instagram. This code is in our database, but it has been checked 5 times in total. One time in the end of 2018, one time in June 2019 and 3 times in March 2020. It looks pretty much like someone ordered original vial and copied the code to multiple counterfeited vials.

EU-based warehouse 1 was not able shipping a part of latest orders, unfortunately. Postal service closes. They refuse to accept parcels. All due to COVID-19.We will not be able shipping orders from warehouse 1 for a while.Preliminary, this pause will lasts about 2 weeks up to the end of March.
We will continue accepting orders, but you should take into account that orders will be shipped with delays. The delay is caused by a force majeure, which is absolutely beyond our control. We continue shipping as soon as possible.
Warehouse 2 still can not ship yet as well.
Currently only our US domestic warehouse is working without delays.

An update regarding warehouse 2.

As you can remember, parcels at W2 are packed in China first. We packed all packages. However, China has official holidays from 1st to 5th of May.

Also, there is another bigger obstacle with shipping. Some customers sending emails to us saying they already can receive goods from China without issues, so why we can not ship. Our question: what goods do you receive? Prohibited medical preparations or neutral stuff?

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic Chinese customs very thoroughly control all parcels for export and look in particular for medicine-related products.

Due to this shipping may take some time and delay for a week or two. We are doing our best to ensure safe delivery.

All victims of delays got store credits on their balance:

We will update you once some new info is available.

Warehouse 1 can ship still within Europe so far, but situation is getting better.We expect shipping will be available by the middle of May.

US domestic warehouse is functioning without issues.

I have checked tracking numbers for the very first packages we shipped from W2. both to the USA and to other countries all over the world.

Packages to Europe arrive just great.

Packages to the USA arriving right now. First customers have received their orders from February.
Yes, shipping takes up to 17-25 days, but it was always like this for W2.

W1 can ship still within EU only. It could be that shipping to the USA and other countries becomes available in July only.

Shipping to Taiwan from W2 still not available yet. Korea had lots of returns. We will have to use another way, looking for solution. The regular way we used earlier is not available yet.
The only major pending issue touches US customers who placed orders from W1 starting since the 2nd half of March. Those orders can not be shipped from W1 and as said earlier, it may take up to July. If you wish, we can move your order to W2 and ship asap from W2. We will work with such customers individually. Contact form is available on our site basicstero.ws
Everything else seems normalizing. Please have patience. You all get your orders soon. And don`t forget to film the unpacking process as per ordering conditions. It is a mandatory condition to claim broken or missing items. We were really stressed these months and could do some human mistakes, although we always pay full attention to this.

Just general info for all potential customers
W2 is shipping worldwide and in particular to the USA and to Europe without issues. Shipping time is another story. Yes, covid still influences it. Most packages arrive as earlier within roughly 3 weeks. At the same time we have orders sent in 2+ packages, where one package arrived 2 weeks ago and another one just yesterday. We have also a few packages, which are on the way since 6th of June and do not update yet. We have never had losses with the shipping way we use now. Once package crosses destination country border, tracking number always update. If tracking number did not update, the package is still on the way, - postal service replied this way. Hence, in some cases it make take over a month or even rarely close to 2 month.
In any case, we are replying to all customers` requests regularly and if we see that package did not make it through, we offer free reship in a discreet way. So far there are mostly delays with just a few seizures. Time will show.
European warehouse 1 has delays with shipping toward the USA, unfortunately. Air transport started working, but without details all not easy.
US domestic working without any issues.
About restocking of warehouses. We are not sure yet, when we restock US domestic and international warehouse 1. Once we have news we announce it.

Hi there, some news for today.

1. We implemented a new range of discounts for orders paid by cryptocurrency for international warehouse 2. Now, if you pay by any cryptocurrency, you get the following discounts:

5% for orders over $100
10% for orders over $200
15% for orders over $350
20% for orders over $450
25% for orders over $600
This is not some temporary promo, but permanent discounts. We will see, how it goes at least.

1. Within a few days we start accepting Monero as payment option.
   
2. It looks like starting from January, 1st there are issues with shipping orders to UK. Due to Brexit UK custom require VAT for parcels shipped from outside of UK. We tried to ship, but postal service just refuses to accept parcels without VAT of a recipient provided. So, we will have to add an extra field into our ordering form for UK customers. If you do not idicate your VAT we will not be able shipping. Many customers have already complained they dont have VAT and so on...We really cant do anything. It is required for shipping to UK now.
   
3. This is important. We warn you in advance that due to chinese new year (February 11 – 17 in 2021) we will not be able shipping orders from warehouse 2 probably since the very beginning of February until possibly end of February (based on experience of previous years, althouh officially holidays take place only 7 days). All orders collected within this time frame will be shipped at fist possibility.

Good News from Basicstero:

Warehouse W1 can now ship to the UK again and VAT not needed.

Also, keep in mind W1 is located within the EU so this is an ideal option for customers in Europe.

With W1 stock is physically already at the W1 warehouse’s physical location – this means faster shipping than compared to W2, but the trade-off is stock may be limited at some times (the source is always working hard to re-stock but does not know when specific items will be stocked because of the many factors involved in achieving re-stock).

Folks I have very good news. Holidays are over and we are testing a new shipping way for international warehouse, in particular towards the USA. Preliminary tests show this way has less than 1% seizure rate. It is more expensive and maybe we will have to raise shipping fee later, but for the testing stage we do not change it. It should be faster than the current way we use and much safer for you. All orders from the USA placed at warehouse 2 will be shipped by this new way by default. It should show great success as per preliminary info!

2021-04-01 Update From Basicstero site:

"currently we receive many questions and complains regarding not moving packs shipped by the new shipping way from warehouse 2. Some packs did not update since February 28th and even disappeared.

USPS said one of their branch have lock-downed due to covid. This was exactly the branch our packages were going through. Packs are not lost. We are working on taking packs out from there and rerouting though another way. It may take 7-10 days.

Packs shipped later after 28th of February should not have this issue. They are routed though other ways.
Sorry for inconvenience, but we could not foresee it. it is force majeure.
In the worst case, even if some packs get lost, we reship them. No worries."

Folks,
another one issue we are going through right now is not constant site availability, in particular international warehouse. There are issues with hosting provider and it is beyond our control. We are waiting when hosting fixes all. Due to these issues and site unavailability our warehouse could not pack latest pending orders as well as we have delays with replying emails. We can hardly help without access to site.
Our admin is closely working with hosting provider to resolve this, but it depends mainly not on us.
We reply to all emails and process all orders as soon as it gets resolved. Hopefully today.

Hi there, not very good news for all of us, unfortunately.
1. Our site is under a DDOS-attack and working not stable. There are blackmailers who threaten to attack us if we don`t pay to them. Obviously we do not negotiate with blackmailers, they can fuck off. We are working on stabilizing access to our site. Just for your info, we are operational, just temporary issues.

2. Unfortunately there are delays with orders from international warehouse. We mentioned we found a new shipping way to the USA with low seizure risk. A few batches were delivered successfully by this way. One batch stack in the middle due to covid. 2 other batches of envelops (orders from end of March - beginning of April) returned back to our partner`s warehouse as we have been reported just now. Another trial is planned for tomorrow. Due to this we do not have tracking numbers so far. Moreover, on site we say that tracking numbers are provided within a week after order status changes to shipped.It is not valid for this way. Moreover, once order changes status to shipped, it means we packed and shipped it to our partner, but our partner needs also 4-5 days to receive all and ship by this new safe way. So, general shipping time may take over a month and tracking number will be provided roughly 2 weeks after order status changes to shipped.
Things became really complicated due to coronavirus. We have to deal with what we have.
So, i warn in advance that orders will take pretty long. In some cases shipping may take even up to 2 months. Please be ready for this or just do not order. All complains kinda you have competitions soon and need goods soonest are senseless. We can not have any impact on current circumstances. I am describing situation as it is, whether you like it or not.Sorry... We are not sure, when things get better.
US domestic warehouse is working in normal mode without delays.

3. To finish it on a positive step. We are organizing a warehouse in a new country, which has good success as per preliminary tests. So, we are not sitting motionless. It takes some time, but new warehouse will get into operation in a while.
