Currently haven’t/ and is not on any PED. But I do have gyno from the past years due to higher side of E2. Will a weekly tablet of Nolvadex help eliminate gyno, or will it have no use?

Give it a try, or try arimidex or aromasin.
I had pubertal gyno too. My brilliant doctor’s advice was to stop working out. So I stopped. The gyno remained until I started lifting weights again 5 years later, and guess what. The gyno went away from the natural elevation of testosterone from lifting weights again. This was one of many reinforcing times in my life that led me to not trust doctors.

Wouldn't be so bad if they could humble themselves and admit when they don't know something.

Alright, would it be a daily or weekly thing (taking it every day vs like 1-2x a week), and would I sit at around 10-20mg for Nolvadex. And around 0.5-1mg arimidex?

If you have gyno you want to bombard yourself with nolva, like 2-3x a day, then drop it down to 1x a day after a few weeks. Don't just carelessly take arimidex if you don't know where your estrogen is at. Aromasin is a safer bet.

I know my estrogen is currently at 33 estradiol.

What was your E2 at when the gyno happened and what changed since then?
Wasn’t aware of E2 at the time, but I’ve picked up a healthier lifestyle. I only know of E2 currently since I recently got bloodwork. (33 estradiol)

I’d probably do 12.5mg Aromasin daily and see if it’s gone after 3 weeks. That worked for me but I think I did higher doses. But it’s smart to start out low and go up if that isn’t enough. Crushing your estrogen is bad news.

Welcome aboard! I don’t have much experience with gyno. I’ve been able to control it with a minimum dose of Aromasin. I’ve used Letro once and it worked well also. IMO I agree with what Astro said your best option is to have it surgically removed. From there you can start fresh and ensure you combat gyno early on.
My nephew has had a lump under his left nipple since he hit puberty and he was not and has never been overweight. It did not go away on its own and at 18 he had it surgically removed.

I had gyno from puberty too. It became more transparent when i began losing weight many years later. Ralox didn't cause a dramatic change. Surgery did. It could be because it had been there for decades. I take that back. When I committed to my first major weight loss journey in my late teens, the gyno was still very evident. It was even more pronounced later in life. No AAS during my fat phase.
Good luck to you brother. I feel your pain.
