greetings from Georgia everyone, was a builder for years, have now changed gears and gone back to playing Rugby, 1/2 way done the season and one thing I have learned, I can't keep up with the 20 year olds any more. so, time to change my focus from speed to power. look forward to hitting the gym hard in between seasons.
