Fuck the pool, it's what wifey wants....

The shop will have a well for undercarriage work, an inground hydraulic lift, living quarters, ac, hot water, etc...it's way cheaper than the pool, but with my side biz, it makes more sense....I'm fading a shit ton of heat for our 18 month hiatus in South America and Mexico. ...she said she didn't want to really go, but it was my dream. ...she said she'd rather gone to OZ....shit, had she told me, I would've gone there....

Anyway, I already know the answer, so fuck it....

Shop all the way, downsize it a bit, buy a huge jacuzzi and have pretty much best of both. The shop is an investment now, dividends now, the pool over time will not add as much as you think to an already $ home
