I have Been training all week just haven’t logged anything.

At check ins yesterday coach lowered my carbs a decent amount on training day. I haven’t had an appetite in a couple weeks. Ganna re assess wensday morning at check ins.

seems to me like some fat accumulating since begining to force feed. Weight really started moving up this week. No big deal though. I still got abs , there just hard to see because I haven’t shaved the yeti hair off. So we’re good

Been struggling a bit lately with mental shit (nothing to do with PED). and other things at home. Just been a rough couple weeks. The logs kinda taking a backseat right now but I’ll keep it updated just not daily.

Well I wasn’t man enough to handle 1k carbs a day lol so we’re back down to baby carbs at 900g I’m no longer bloated and food is going down well so far. If you don’t push your self to uncomfortable limits then youl never know what your truly able to handle 😬 I use this in daily life. Don’t complain about it just try something and do it well see where it goes.

I booked a hotel down the shore last minute yesterday just to get away and be in my happy place. Nothing beats being half naked on a beach catching a killer tan. I’ll have 2 full days worth of prepped food to bring with me. I got my little battery lunchbox heater from work I’m bringing with me so I can just heat my meals up on the beach and eat. I’ll be eating breakfast out though since my hotel doesn’t have a kitchen and I’m not really a fan of eating old eggs lol

Seems we’re in a good grove right now. Body feels good. Food is going down well. No more force feeding. Bloat is gone. Weight is still trending up. I’m down 1lb from last week but that’s not bad considering we pulled 100g of carbs on my training days.

I’m taking my skinny ass down the shore so hope u guys have a good weekend 😬

Tuesday had some dental work done and I’m not able to wear my bottom denture until Tuesday next week… unfortunately it hurts entirely to much to eat the amount of food I have to eat. I tryed the blender stuff today but i can’t even eat fruit that’s how fucked my gums are after just 1 day of eating yesterday. Not sure how I’m ganna deal with this but I’m called the surgeon today to see if there’s something they can do so that I’m able to just eat my meals with my bottom denture in then take it out. I tryed putting it in last night but the new post they put in doesn’t allow the old denture to clip in

Hurt my back training yesterday. Mid back close to the spine. Tweaked a muscle. It’s bad enough that from over compensating for the pain I now have pain around the lowest part of the ribs like muscle spasms. It hurt to just put my arms up to hold the smith bar this morning.

All and all I feel like total dog shit. shit is just not panning out for me currently. Seems like the last month and half for me has just been a fucking shit show. Im trying to be positive but it ain’t working that well. Im typically positive about shit, but man I’m run the fuck down with life right now.

Feelin a little better today then I have the last few weeks. We burried a family member yesterday. Now that the funeral is over with I think a weight has been lifted a bit. Been a stressful couple months. Sorry for all the bullshit on the log. I don’t vent at my home life to much. I tend to stuff it down. You know the “manly” thing to do 🙄 Sometimes it helps to let it out on here. Appreciate u guys following along.

Food-

Still knocking away at this growth phase. Food is going down well. My current goal is to hit 1000g of carbs or as close as I can get on training days. I did ok this week. Wensday I hit 980g something and Thursday was just over 1000g with no problems. But Friday was a struggle getting food down . That’s typically what happens. Friday through the weekend my appetite gets fucked. So I’m just pushing as much as I can . This helps me mentally too. I’m not stressing about how much shit I gatta eat. I’m literally just eating until I can’t anymore and that’s it. I prep 1000g worth of carbs for the day and I finish as much as I can. 1 less stress factor that’s a win 👌

Sleep-

I’ve been slacking a bit on cardio the last couple weeks. My sleeps been shit with working over time so I’ve been trying to get a little more sleep. Literally not enough time in my day to do anything lol it’s fucking brutal. I’m up and moving 17+ hours a day Monday through Friday. I am currently on the treadmill though. Weekends I don’t fuck around with it. I need to move as much as possible to get this food down.

Mentally-

I’m locked back in. I had a rough patch there dealing with personal life bullshit. But I kept training and eating . I Just gatta push through that shit and wait till u see some daylight when things happen in life. Shit will always work out. just gatta wait it out. Keeping my ass in the gym is single handedly the best thing for me to do when I got shit going on in life. Even when I get to a point where training is shit because I can’t focus, I still make my self go.

Doing pretty well with 1000g of carbs so far. I hit it 3 days in a row this week. Yesterday I fell short. Only 946g . Today will probably be close to the same. I’m off work so it’s a bit more a struggle to hit my goal without all the movement. I’m anticipating good check ins tomorrow though. Weight is up

The only thing I got bothering me right now is swelling in the wrists and arms. Definitley holding a ton of water . It’s putting pressure on the nerve and causing my hands to be numb. Pretty annoying. Shit wakes me up at night. Wrist mobility is weakened as well.
