I had fruits, rice. 1 piece of sourdough bread , rigatoni, potatoes, 1 serving of lucky charms with my protein powder and oats Pretty well balanced. The only thing crazy I ate was a pop tart and that was with my meal 5Just make sure you are getting a variety of carb sources. Incorporating some breads is ok, but try to limit.
