Hello, I am new here and looking to start my steroid use. Ive been working out consistently for about 3 years, I am 26 but feel like I have not made much progress in the last year. I also live in the US. I've done 3 cuts and 3 bulks in that time-frame, usually fluctuating +- 30 pounds over 3 months per with maintenance in between. I am 6'0 at 160lbs, my "smart scale" says 13% BF, with my recent cut ending a few weeks ago down from 190. I understand the diet side of the house, the workout side I am a bit restricted with injuries from a motorcycle accident about 2 years ago that limits the exercises I can do but I have designed a program for myself which works for me. It's a pretty basic PPL but mainly focusing on iso-laterals and machines over compounds and dumbbells which I can't do anymore. Test results are going to be below but everything is in range of what Quest considers "normal" so no doctor will prescribe anything even though I struggle with a lot of daily fatigue. I have tried 3 different ones near me and no one thinks anything is wrong. My test is a lot lower than I would like it to be so I would like a first cycle to be mainly/only test but I could be convinced otherwise. I have no idea for dosages. Any advice would be greatly appreciated even if its to tell me I'm an idiot and should try something else first, thank you!

It sucks that so many young men have such low test. Do you have any history that might have contributed that you can share? are you on any SSRIs or other such depression/anxiety etc meds? Many of them can shoot your test levels. Frankly, I think most of them are over prescribed and probably massively detrimental.

I would suggest getting on legit TRT to bring your levels up and see if you can make better progress before going all in on supraphysiological levels of testosterone. People that have a hard time making gains even with low T doesn't mean steroids magically change that. Tons of natty guys have low T and make good gains. Hell, look at women! In the meantime make sure all phases are dialed in such as training, nutrition, cardio, rest and most of all consistency.

Good luck.

No current SSRIs. The last time I was on any with a little over a year ago. No history that I know of that could affect the test. Stress being my highest known issue.

Thank you so much for the advice. I looked at TRT as a first step but being over 300 no one around me would prescribe leaving me to online avenues. Totally into exploring this further if that's the majority opinion on this post.

Hey id recommend like other posters said to get on cruise of TRT. I was a bit lower than your levels for total test at 33 and was making negative progress in the gym. Went to a health clinic and got put on normal trt dose starting at 100mg, now up to 180mg cruising. Gains have been amazing on normal dosage and my total test is around 900. Better to know what you feel comfortable with before jumping into a cycle.

Online clinic. You will have no problem.
