What has been the most beneficial vitamins you guys have taken or take that you actually noticed improvements on ethier self or blood work

As i have always ate a healthy of varied diet of veggies, protein, fats, etc. to optimize nutrition so i can't say i have noticed any difference in myself from taking vitamins. If some one did in the short term it would see they had a pretty crappy diet. In the long term i am not sure how one could gauge that.
When taking a large enough dose of vitamin D my blood work did show a noticeable rise.

Not sure if nattokinase counts as a vitamin but 12,000fu daily keeps my hct on the low end of range while utilizing copious amounts of anabolics lol. See it in my blood work.

Just making this post to help people who maybe are struggling with something or struggling to fix something they can possibly grasp this and help them!

Nattokinase at 16k fu 8kam/on
Hct from 59.8 to 52
Hemo down into range as well
Rbc down into range too!
Made me a bleuver..
Cbc was always high even on my baseline labs before trt!!

Vitamin D3 + k2

I have legitimately been on anti depressants for over a decade without resolution.

New doc told me my “perfectly fine” (according to my other docs) vitamin d levels were actually low.

They went from 20 to 55 and I have not had any major anxiety or depression issues in the last 8 months since starting the vitamin d.

Energy got better, sleep got better, mood, everything.
