I am looking for some easy meal ideas for my up coming cycle. My daily calorie intake will be around 3800-4000 carbs 350-380g, protein 250g, fat 80g. I usually do a lot of meal prep with chicken, smoked salmon, tuna, ground turkey, beef. Lots of fresh veggies, low-fat Greek yogurt, oat meal and fresh fruit and supplement protein shakes.

But I have one problem, I move my dishwasher yesterday and found a nasty water leak that had been going under my laminate floors undetected. Plus mold that accumulated due to the water. A Water restoration company came out today and had to tear out my entire kitchen. I only have a stove left and fridge, my sink and all my cabinets are gone so doing meal prep will be tough since I can’t wash dishes and I have no running water in the kitchen.

So Does anyone have easy ideas for calorie intake that I can use to get by for a few weeks or month until they rebuild my entire kitchen?
 
That sucks!!!! Houses are a PITA at times.
Can you use a friends/Parents stove for a couple hours?
If so cook and put your meals in a tupperware then freeze them until ready to eat.

Unfortunately no, closest family is over an hour away and we haven’t lived here very long so I’m kinda on my own at this point. Might have to be a ton of tuna, yogurt, protein shakes and instant rice for a awhile.

Far as the meals go, for the time being it may be a bit expensive but just look what's out there on your local social media and surrounding area for meal prep companies.
You can probably get by for the next week on some meal preps.

That’s a good idea bro I didn’t think of the meal prep companies. And thanks bro it sucks not to have a kitchen but I guess the insurance company is buying me a new kitchen and floors unexpectedly so some good is coming from this! The wife will have a hay day designing it.
 
Lol! 1st world problems. We washed dishes in a five gallon bucket. After all, that’s all sinks really are, counter mounted tubs/buckets. Wash dishes in your bathroom. Hell, Kramer did his veg prep and everything else in his shower. I don’t reccommend installing a garbage disposal in the shower though.
When we run out of gas, which is usually late Saturday and no trucks will come until Monday, we have a hotplate for contingencies. Same with water. If we run out, we go to neighbors and fill buckets.

Bottom line, when there’s a will, there’s a way. Some of these old sayings aren’t just words man.
 
Rice Cooker and BBQ for chicken.. Weight gainer and protein shake.

Rice cooker can cook outside next to the hose. In the bathroom next to the toilet.... They are cheap if you dont have one. BBQs are out side. Shakes and weight gainers require no water.
 
I’ve always been poor so I’ve never had space. I get extra lean ground turkey breast and make 1/2 burgers that I cook in a non stock pan on the stove. And I cook up minute rice, white or brown, on the stove. I also nuke 10 egg whites in the microwave. I put the meals of turkey/rice or egg whites/rice in Tupperware and store them in the refrigerator. Clean the Tupperware and two pans in the bathroom sink. 👍
When I lived in my car I did all protein/oat shakes. I like synths-6 EDGE. It’s a blended protein. 2 scoops of that with 2 scoops of oats. Take a couple fish oil caps and MCT oil caps with a good multi vitamin/mineral/ fruit and veggie powder.

I do have my smoker I was thinking cooking my meat on there and cooking veggies in tin foil while the meat cooks. And put it all together with rice.

I saw this freaky female bodybuilder who put cooked chicken breasts and lettuce in a blender and drank all of her meals. It was the end of her contest prep and she was absolutely shredded and huge!

she must not have a gag reflex 🤔. But I do and I doubt I could drink that shit 😂. I’ll stick to protein smoothie or something at that point.

Try grabbing the back of your head and pushing down on to your food, that'll help with gag reflex , no problems only solutions...
 
While watching "alone" on Netflix I learned that maggots and ants can be high in protein and require no cooking :winkfinger:

Hunter Labrada does the same. Ive tried it ONCE. Not for me.
 
Aww man that sucks..You have a grill?or propane burner alot can be done there..I don't like others preparing my food..This what I would do,pay someone to let me borrow there kitchen & cook my food for the week.

Many many years ago, when I was really putting down food and putting on size, any size was my goal, I was drinking meals like that. There was never a point that I was used to it. The texture was putrid.

Get a ninja blender. Ground beef and rice shakes. Can't beat it and you'll hit your number easy.

I would be gagging and burping the whole time. My wife and kids would clear the room because I would grows them out trying to get it down.

Aww man that sucks..You have a grill?or propane burner alot can be done there..I don't like others preparing my food..This what I would do,pay someone to let me borrow there kitchen & cook my food for the week.
I have a smoker grill i can cook meet on but that makes it hard to get carbs. I’ll have to go with the rice cooker I thing and cook veggies in tin foil. Maybe cook everything on my grill in a cast iron skillet
