I am sweating like a whore in church! Omfg, I forgot what the hell it was like with the almighty blasting of Hex w an A50 sidecar! Sleep is erratic, but manageable, almost makes me wanna take the whole gh at night, lol! I am not one to change my plan so, I will continue as written. Still waiting on equipment(broken record,lol). Going to try to break my 5-8 rep maxs’ and integrate some extra leg work since I am sans machines, kinda wanna hit some hip and abduction/addiction style lifts with what I have. Keep up and stick you your plan for success. Roadblocks are there but, smash through them !!
