Sorry about the delay! I was finally able to get a hold of admin(thank you very much). I updated my phone and lost a lot of my stuff. Anyway, I am back and happy to be able to post. Now that I am back I may as well go over a few new things. I got a healthy physical and bloods! Yeah buddy! So, my next blast is a Go! Of course I will be using Iso/Hex, lol. I am doing the same workout as I have still been growing just on my maintenance HRT therapy.

I will be doing something like this:
3 inj weekly- Mon- Wed-Fri (just for volume)
450 Test Iso weekly
300mg Para weekly
400mg Primo weekly
Proviron- 25mg twice daily ED
EP A-50(inj) 12.5-50mg going to play with it when I start. ED
GH 3iu post workout, 3iu before bed ED
Long acting custom SLIN supps(pen)
adding 100mg nandrolone for my overall lower pain and joint juice, lol!

I will be doing a gh serum test on a popular UG name brand, possibly two if I need to. Beligas Beltropins and Angtropin. I was quite stressed out about not posting but all is well and Thanks to Admin for fixing my account. Just can get outta control(even though I am not doing 10iu of gh ! Lol) . Late posting; odd sleep hours right now with work! Thanks to a few members who sent me a few new ways to make my dumbbells super heavy with my resistance/assistance bands. The hooks on my adjustable bench work pretty well! Rogue needs to lower shipping prices btw! Lol. Wish for my equipment to land and keep on trucking. Enjoy your Hump Day!

Keep up the work with the detailed log; def enjoy following you. I know exactly what you mean about sleeping crazy hours. Since I work nights, I sleep during the days, sleep at nights some, and some days stay up almost 36hrs. My sleep can be all over the place.

I’ll be honest, not the best but not bad for store bought. I make my own, but like I said ; add a bunch of fruit and the Fairlife milk amd you get a quick 50g protein w some carbs! To me they were good for the FAST FACTOR! Toast and Run!

Excited to get going with a new program and am slowly introducing new exercises and rep schemes to get all my joints ready for some pounding. I will be doing more volume as I will be recuperating a lot faster. I am still prepping as I wait. Not playing around at all; just being careful before I get that super strength feeling. I am trying to cut out almost all prepared foods(pre made or takeout) completely. I even bought a new sushi kit! My old one works but I wanted to try this new DIY Sushi kit from Williams Sonoma(which is usually expensive but this was under $40. I just use my Botan Calrose rice; it is small-med grain but after I cook it; I add some rice wine vinegar and pop into the refrigerator overnight and set up the counter for rolling. I like seaweed but; most of my rolls are made without them. They have all kinds of different wraps now(gluten free also). I mainly like Nigiri style in a tray. Trying to up my MUFA/PUFA intake: I have to time things properly which is tough and use zero fats at certain times and high fats at others but the main diet is super clean and not a lot of boxed/canned/manufactured food(minimal). But my cheat meals(2 per week/same day) will be outrageous. I hope you follow and maybe see a nice transformation as per my Rule! Improve myself daily and learn.

I’d eat the hell outa all that !!!

I am trying to add more ethnic(Indian/Mediterranean) food to my diet. It is delicious! Chicken tikka, Chicken Makhani, Chocken Vindaloo are 3 of my favorite dishes, as far as Indian food. You can use steak, lamb, pork, or fish in place of chicken. Those are three recipes I would master if I didn’t know what they are : just copy and paste and search. I like certain chefs or websites better than others. The more spice, the more I like! (I don’t mean hot spice, just spice. We use so sparingly in America. They use a massive amount of tumeric and other healthy spices! I always have like four colors of curry and a ton of bulk spices. Literally 4 full areas in my kitchen/pantry. Lol

Had a decent Saturday and a great surprise visit from a friend out of the blue. Very nice visit and brought me some great presents{just food and good iced lattes} plus she brought me The Rock’s new line of health/energy products: ZOA . I haven’t tried any yet but I will. Feeling good and have been sick busy with work and training. I have no helper right now so, all cooking/prepping is on me, which is fine. I forget just having a little help goes a long way when prepping 5 days of food. I used to prep 3 days at a time; now, I am starting to prep huge batches of bodybuilding meals and using a lot of parchment, plastic, foil and Ziploc freezer bags{all sizes}. If you don’t have a second freezer, get one! Mine is stuffed to the top! All of the extra meats are in single to triple serving packs. I never leave meat I buy in its packaging{freezer burn or others issues}. Whole Chickens are a great deal to get inexpensive protein and I find myself always buying chicken breast tenderloins but, I am getting into brining and roasting whole chickens/turkey/fowl. Not always brining as it is not the healthiest but, it tastes sooo much better !! I make this Jerusalem Chicken w Artichokes a lot now! I have posted the dish before. I could eat that and Persian golden Crust rice Everyday!! Mmm . Have a nice Sunday and Bless you all

Ingredients

1 medium onion, coarsely chopped

3 medium scallions, chopped

2 Scotch bonnet chiles, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped
* 
1 tablespoon five-spice powder
* 
1 tablespoon allspice berries, coarsely ground

1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
* 
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
* 
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
* 
1 teaspoon salt
* 
1/2 cup soy sauce
* 
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Two 3 1/2- to 4-pound chickens, quartered

Step 1 In a food processor, combine the onion, scallions, chiles, garlic, five-spice powder, allspice, pepper, thyme, nutmeg and salt; process to a coarse paste. With the machine on, add the the soy sauce and oil in a steady stream. Pour the marinade into a large, shallow dish, add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring the chicken to room temperature before proceeding.
* 
Step 2 Light a grill. Grill the chicken over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally, until well browned and cooked through, 35 to 40 minutes. (Cover the grill for a smokier flavor.) Transfer the chicken to a platter and serve!

This is an awesome dish of you like spicy !! Such a great overall dish and you can add rice, Cous Cous, Pasta, Just Veges, Tortillas, Pita, or Bread ! Make a damn jerk chicken salad Sandwich ! Lol
