**I’ll DO THE EXACT SAME ROUTINE BUT, I SWITCH THE SETS FOR REPS and I REVERSE THE DAYS. FRIDAY WORKOUT IS NOW DONE ON MONDAY, THURS WORKOUT IS TUESDAY, and SO ON.
Week 8
Thursday:
Decline Bench Press: 7x5 335 295lb
Underhand BB Rows stomach: 12x5 165lb
DB Pull-overs: 12x5 100 70lb
incline DB Fly: 12x5 40lb
Facing Incline Rear DB Fly: 12x5 30lb
Friday:
Smith Squats: 12x5 375lb lowered down
One-legged Dbell sld’s : 12x5 50lb
Front Squats: 12x5 135lb just kept going minimal resting
Abs Hanging 5x8
