I ate some yesterday for Brekkie ! I use the Carolina White Corn Grits , totally plain (rinse a few times )and bring to a boil , adding water if needed 2cups dry grits /6 cups water at first. Cook 36-40min total but at the last 1-2min

I stir in Natural Applewood Smoked Gouda(real cheese, not pasteurized) Cut into small cubes, w a 1/4 cup of Heavy Cream . That’s the trick. A bit of water if you need a certain thickness or thin it. It comes out sooo delicious that I could just chug it out of the bowl . Salt & Ground Black pepper of course. I totally hear you on the “grits” thing . Most kids on the West Coast had Cream of Rice , Cream O Wheat , or just Oatmeal . I forgot how much I love grits ! Definitely not Jiffy Corn meal

Made this 60 days ago and froze it in a zip lock bag . Re heated in Air fryer and it was even better than the day it was made ! It’s
{Asparagus and Brie Puff Pastry with Thyme Honey} .

There would be none left over if I got ahold of that rump roast. My sis in law took a trip with some girly friends to Alaska and they did some white water rafting . I think they bit off more than they could chew . Little frail blonde went overboard and somehow got separated from the tether . Took them a long while to locate her . She was aways down the canal . Really fucked her up ha not funny but knowing how stupid and incapable the girl is she had no business out there . None of them did actually . Very cool but dangerous

I love the white water rafting ! Class 4 & 5 rapids can definitely end your life ! Luckily we had a bad ass for a guide ! SHE was fit as a fiddle too! Alaska was one of my favorite trips !

Made a Chicken, Egg, Macadamia Salad that had 62 G protein ! So good ! I love macadamia nuts . Working on a white chocolate /macadamia high protein Pancake today ! Keeps coming out bitter so I’m changing the base protein . I will post when I get it right !

Starting Monday max my surgeon said I could start my 5 day routine back again after I have been doing my 3 per week routine for months now I’ve put extra worked Ezra on my shoulder and rotator cuff and snapped bicep tendon and both are healed well so it’s toke to do full deal. It will light weights and build up caise I don’t wanna mess up

I’ve been using the Oikos 25g protein Greek Yogurt to make all my Tzatziki & Dressings. My salads can have 20g of protein just in the dressing with low sodium and superb flavor .

Max Bowls, Bento Boxes, Burritos, and More… for food on the move and bodybuilders. It’s a work in progress but I will be sharing it with the forum members free . It is just a recipe & prep guide. Have a few cool tricks to make life a bit easier and it’s not just for male & female bb but, anyone who needs help losing weight or gaining muscle. Keto-paleo-vegetarian-vegan-pescatarian-ovo lacto vegetarian….and Like me - the Omnivore !! It covers all of it . A lot of the information (most) is in this thread but it will be a little prettier, more organized . Best part : It will be FREE!

I’m prepping for the next 6 weeks before I start my summer/fall program blast . Doing 3 days a week full body routine for 2 weeks , then moving into doubling it (3 days on, one off, 3 days on ) for 4 weeks .

Appreciate that ! I just got a cool opportunity and have been busting ass finishing the project (while paying bills and working 3 jobs , lol)

I think it will be great and do really well , especially being FREE. The agent didn’t understand when I said Free! Lol

Here’s one for guys on low Carbs (I like olive-avocado -or macadamia oil)

Max Italian Herb Vinaigrette :
good for 10 days room temp in mason jar or other air-tight container /3 weeks in fridge ; but has to be brought to room temp as it will harden:separate (just take out of fridge for 30min before using and shake). I leave mine at room temp in cupboard.
Get all Ingredients ready before blending:

•3/4 cup {Healthy oil} to 1/4c Balsamic, Red, White, or Champagne vinegar.
•1 clove garlic pressed
•juice of 1/2 small lemon w zest 1/2 lemon
•Fresh - 1 small container each flat leaf Italian parsley, Basil ,chives, (dry herbs are fine too)
Roll all into joint , dice fine w knife mezzaluna, or chopper/mini processor
*optional - dried Italian seasoning

Right now I’m doing 3 days on - 1 off - 3on (4 weeks) on my HRT ++ until Sept 1, then blast off. I’ve been doing so much that I don’t know what time” IS “ anymore. I just know I want to eat every 2 hrs and love to nap (if I could ).

Super Pumped and hopefully your all doing well. I need to read some threads /posts .

DAY 1: BACK AND ARMS
BACK
  • Wide grip lateral pull-down 4x 12-12-10-8 reps
  • Bent barbell row(vary grip) 3x10 reps
  • Narrow grip lateral pull-down 3x10 reps
  • Seated cable row 3x10-12 reps
  • Pull ups 2x6 reps
BICEPS-TRICEPS SUPERSET (TWO AND TWO)
  • Triceps: Triceps pushdown 6x10-12
  • Biceps: Standing dumbbell curls 6x12-14 reps per arm
  • Triceps: Kickbacks 3x12 per arm
  • Biceps: Single arm dumbbell concentration curl 3x10-12
FOREARM
* Forearm curls 3x20
In addition, at the end of the workout, hold a plank of 4sets x30-60sec.

Cardio is just a daily thing.
