What's up, id like a little guidance. We all know the internet, specifically social media is filled with alot of people spewing things they have no first hand experiance with. Let me start off introducing who I am.
So im 32 years old, male, active in the gym 6, sometimes every day of the week as I enjoy it. My rest days are usually cardio, 1-2 days a week with some light lifting on the areas I feel I can work those days. I've had blood work done 3 times since really getting into lifting, 2-3 years ago. My test level started at mid 300's and my last 2 were mid 500's. I feel my test levels need to be higher for me to get where I want to be. Im 5'7", currently 167lbs, roughly 23% BF based on my Samsung watch doing its scans every morning consecutively. Trying to get 10-15% BF. My goal overall is to be healthy, shed what's left of fast around my mid section to get my abs to finish coming through and still build muscle.

I recently started reta, and 2 weeks in I started motsc. Reta is working and my appetite is cut, so I still force eed to about 150-200g of protein daily. Calories i dont track but I eat healthy, no snacks, no junk, no sugar. Mainly steak, hamburg, eggs, chicken and lots of fruit, some vegetables. Protein shakes mixed with milk get me about half of my daily protein as I physically cant eat a ton.

Anyways, I plan to run testostrone E at a smaller dose to see how my body adapts. Ect. Thinking 175mg weekly and getting bloodwork done at the 4, 5, or 6 week mark? What do you guys recommend?
If all checks out, I want to do Mast e to finish out, while keeping my weekly dosing for mast e at 100mg.

Im not looking to do anything crazy. As this is fairly new to me and I want to really see how my body does and take in as much knowledge as possible, I find this shit very very interesting.

My concerns are the following! Kids....I recently got married and we may have kids. We aren't certain but we think we would like them in the future. Some say if be fine, some say no? Im willing to free ball it and see if the boys can still produce or not. I was going to run HCG but based on research, I may not need to as too much estrogen can cause gyno, and that is probably my biggest fear. But im not or have never been obese to say but I really want to keep an eye out for the symptoms of that and will test my estrogen level when you guys advise. My free test was 107 for reference.

Any recommendations or suggestions you all may have, I am all ears!
Thank you!

Honestly…

Complete waste of time and fucking with your HPTA.

Take it from someone who struggled for a long time to have kids and had to run a lot of extras to help fertility. I would have happily tried even more shit before jumping on TRT if I realized how difficult it was going to be to conceive (I have friends who have knocked their wives up on grams of gear…unfortunately I didn’t realize they were the exception)

I get to the top end of “normal” (832) on 60mg 3x a week. My muscle gain and fat loss were no faster or slower than when I was at 450ish (I had tried daily subq TRT and my levels dropped hard).

What’s your free T at? Estradiol? Shbg? What’s your fasted BG and fasted insulin?

Ignore your watch because odds are the bodyfat percentage is way off. No way it’s accurate scanning your wrist.

The fact your test levels went up after you started working out tells me your body functions fine it just needs to lose weight and be active/eat healthy. Why fuck with it by taking exogenous test which will be insignificant enough to make a dramatic changes? You’re just risking making fertility a bigger pain. And odds are your results will be so minimal that you’re just risking putting yourself back to square one during PCT.

Let the Reta do its work. Lock your diet and training in. You don’t need to just keep adding more and more stuff in.

I would also say the fact that you’re more worried about gyno than fertility tells me you either aren’t as dead set on kids as you think or you severely underestimate what injecting hormones can do. HCG off 175mg of testosterone at a moderate dose will give you gyno if you’re already someone who has horrendous estrogen levels/aromatize easily. I was taking 500iu 3x a week for close to a year and no issues and I was pretty sensitive to aromatization cuz I was +30% bodyfat in the beginning.

How long have you been cutting? What’s your exact daily macros/calories? Not a well I think it’s roughly this.

Carbs/proteins/fats. Number of grams everyday? What’s your training split? Higher or lower volume? Are you pushing to failure/just shy of failure or are you always training with a few left in the tank in each set? What sort of cardio are you doing? How many days a week? How quickly has your weight been dropping at your current diet?

A lot of your answers will really determine whether it’s going to be beneficial to run test (and even then not such a minor dosage) or it’s just going to be a lot of extra hassle for nothing.
