Even tho i had the sleepy day Friday, the extra day off and rest did what it was supposed to. Absolutely destroyed the log book yesterday. Now I'm worried about matching it next time
. At 8 weeks out feel great. Getting leaner and staying full and weight isn't dropping like crazy(by design). Almost going too well. Dropped a few calories and upped the clen to 40mcg this week so we'll see what happens.
Didn't write down the shoulder press reps cause we were just "bro-ing out" back and forth non stop
So far, I think my ham drop from the side looks better this year. Definitely heavier but we'll see whats actually what on game day.
I gotta get control over my stomach too. I've developed a bad habit of letting it out.
