4/18 push c
Even tho i had the sleepy day Friday, the extra day off and rest did what it was supposed to. Absolutely destroyed the log book yesterday. Now I'm worried about matching it next time . At 8 weeks out feel great. Getting leaner and staying full and weight isn't dropping like crazy(by design). Almost going too well. Dropped a few calories and upped the clen to 40mcg this week so we'll see what happens.
Didn't write down the shoulder press reps cause we were just "bro-ing out" back and forth non stop
So far, I think my ham drop from the side looks better this year. Definitely heavier but we'll see whats actually what on game day.
I gotta get control over my stomach too. I've developed a bad habit of letting it out.

4/20 pull C
I had pretty damn solid pull day yesterday. OMG the fn cramps I had later were horrible. My chest and arms are the worst, but last night my back decided to get in in the action. No matter how I moved, something else would lock up. Had a kick ass pump tho !!!

Had a decent day I guess. Felt weak but gotta nice pump. Lost a rep on top set of incline but gained 2 reps on back off set. Think I matched DB press. Pretty sure most stuff went down after that tho. Still not recovered from the hicupp incident lol. I'm sleeping ok just haven't had enough yet but that'll be remedied tonight. New BiPAP is helping a lot too.

Pull B 4/25
My bad dawg!!! I forgot I didn't post this Saturday. I lost a few lbs last week a little too fast but I'll say this, maybe 3.or 4 times ever in prep have I looked at myself and been happy and Saturday I could help but think " slap a tan on and walk in stage!!" Ok maybe not but gd I was hard as nails Saturday after that pull session.

Leg C 4/27
Had a nice little leg day today. Forgot to write down my 20+ rep set. It was 2pps by 22 I think.
I added 20lbs to the leverage squat but wasn't happy with reps. Really wanted 10 but 8 is all I had in me unfortunately. We'll see what happens next time.

Had a good session as far as pump goes but pressing strength was down tho. -2 reps on both smith press sets. Tris was ok and shoulders was good. Didn't write down 2 exercises. I was just tryna concentrate tbh. The smith press was 135 rest pause set.

The physique is looking good for 6.5 weeks out tho.

5/1 pull C
Man the chest supported row has been calling my name for weeks now and I finally caved and went to the other gym on train at and used it. WTF have I been thinking skipping that. I know I love it. When the old one broke, I just stopped going over there even when they got the new one. I'll be doing that from now on instead of Smith rows 2 workouts in a row.
The workout was good although pump could've been better. It's like the back was firing great but the pump just wasn't holding. Prep problems I guess

There's hardly any good lighting accessable at this place tho unfortunately
I dunno, after looking at these pix, maybe pump was better than I thought

Push C 5/4/26
Had a pretty good session. Pressing strength is still going the wrong way a little bit but that always happens in prep. Since I added the orals and tren in maybe that'll help it level off. Coach looked back and I'm about 15lbs heavier than I was last year at 5 weeks out so that's cool af. Just hope it holds and translates to stage. So we'll see

5/9 push day
I thought I was just 1 day behind but damn I'm 3 workout behind. Just more of the same for the most part. Getting leaner and pushing as hard as possible. This prep has gotten rough even tho I'm still eating plenty. I did hurt my knee a little yesterday on the hack squat and couldn't even finish them. Gonna get an X-ray tomorrow just to be safe. It's not swollen and walking is ok but any squat or push motion hurts pretty good.
Just for fatigue purposes , got rid of rack pulls this week and put in cable rows. Also, today used a barbell cause the smith was taken and was not waiting that long. Could've used the hammer store but wanted to keep it as close to same as possible. Didn't go crazy with it either just to be safe. Gotta nice session in tho. Titties and tris cramping like any other day for what that's worth. Heres the workouts and will update pix tomorrow
