Well with my lumbar strain that has happened twice in the past three weeks is keeping me sidelined. I wonder what you guys would suggest for a belt (brand). Ive got an old shiek but that was from when I was 17 and kinda outgrew it. Budget is up to $80 for a belt.

Spend a little more and get yourself an Inzer. It's the best belt made and it will last a lifetime.

I have an inzer single prong... Love it. But I don't really think a belt will fully help with strains

I have a valeo that I used to use. Now it's to big and just hangs in my gym.

No I dont think so either. I will just take my docs advoce and avoid lifts that can do this.

Inzer was highly recommended online as well.

If you learn about body tempering you wont have anymore lumbar issues. My kid uses my 120 lb roller on my back, hams and low back twice a day when it hurts and it cuts any strain healing time down by 80-90%.

I have some serious lower back issues, torn annulus, few buldging dics etc and i just wear a nylon belt, im not a powerlifter, im not moving huge weight im a bodybuilder. I used to wear a leather belt but the nylon is much more comfortable and gives me enough support. If i was moving big weight ( and didnt have a fucked up back) id wear my leather belt. But i love my nylon belt it provides all the support i need.

I can get all Inzer gear for real real cheap and I wear a Cardillo belt...not that Inzer is bad ...i just prefer my Cardillo...

I agree, brother. Nothing wrong with a Cardillo. I'm partial to Inzer mainly because I've had mine for 25 years. It's a black suede two prong that now has a green hue to it because it's so old.

Now I want a new lifting belt and I don't even use the one a have...
