I have bad lateral, medial, and triceps tendinopathy. Have had medial for a few years flaring here and there, triceps one got bad as I ramped up training forearms, and lateral one is just part of my job. I am an athlete in a sport with very intensive grip work, and the techniques I use were not conducive to the amount and intensity of work I like to put in, so we have moved to adopting a new technique (it's like learning how to walk).

But I have national and international events I must attend and perform (I rather not disclose the sport here). Our plan was for me to recover by end of 2024, but by mid year I should be able to train and compete. Right now I can't train. Haven't done so properly since the end of last year. Took a 4 month break hoping it'd get better and it just won't. So I started a protocol.

BPC157 and TB500 at 500mcg each daily. Been doing it for 5 weeks. Results have been... how can I put it? non existent. Yep, nothing. I don't feel any % better. At all. Sleep is on point averaging 9hrs, diet is on point with healthy fats, carbs, proteins, and the PT protocol itself looks good (little pain before session, always under 4/10 pain, and mostly less or equal pain the day after, so not going over capacity). I have also started TRT 3 weeks ago, currently at 210mg/week test E. I am horny like never before in my 30's (wife and I had fun in the double digits last two days...) so I know my test is working. My BPC and TB, not so sure. I became even more doubtful of its effectiveness when my TRT dose reached 120mg/week and I had my gyno (of years ago) flare up. Makes me think my peptides might not be the real thing.

I can post my PT exercises as well if that is helpful, but here is my question. I also have nandrolone and oxandrolone in hand, as I know nandrolone can alleviate the pain and oxandrolone may possibly improve tissue regeneration if that is my problem. Obviously, I would like to add HGH and slin as soon as I can, as I am a big fan of Broderick Chavez' protocol for recovery. But being that I have been dealing with this for about a year, and the past few weeks have brought not many positives (I now have pain in some forearm muscles as well, not just the epicondyle), I wanted to bounce these ideas off the board. I am 75kg so 250mg test is about as high as I'd like to go, and I anticipate about a month until I can get my hands on HGH (though I have some R slin now). I don't really feel inclined to start ox or deca now as I am still getting used to TRT, but my elbow must heal. My bills kind of depends on it.

I appreciate any thoughts and feedback on the hormones and peptides. I've read and taken notes on every post related to rehab and PT when it comes to elbows here, so thank you for the forum. Just wanted to see if there's anything I am missing and what thoughts people here have.

Thanks!

Changing my golf grip really tore up my elbow. Plus, hitting the ground.

I did BPC AT 500mcg every day and tb 1-2mg every 3 days for 4 weeks, 2 off, then 4 more, right into the elbow/ forearm muscle, which seemed to work best for me. There are a few good lightweight exercises, too.
