Hey friends
As part of my wellness journey, I started journaling about 2 years ago and it’s been amazing. I spend about 15-20 minutes in evening and it’s been a great way to keep my anxiety down, recognize triggers and write out my thoughts as opposed to thinking about them. You can do it on your phone but I prefer to write it out and save the screen time (wow I sound old). Here a few of the sample questions I’ll do..
- what made me smile today
- what is one mistake I made today
- what am I proud of today
- what can I improve tomorrow
I’ll rotate other questions into the mix but these are usually in the mix
