Been sleeping like absolute shit lately.

I usually get a solid 7-8 hours a night and usually only wake up once to go pee and have no problems going back to sleep.

Now I'm waking up 3-4 times a night and fighting to go back to sleep. According to my fitbit I'm awake throughout the night roughly 95 minutes and I'm only averaging 20 minutes of deep sleep.

Currently running Test Cyp, EQ and Deca. 12 weeks in. Ran Drol the first 5 weeks.

Sleep problems started about two or so weeks ago. Just put it off to stress and life.

Also on 50mg of Sertraline. Been on it for roughly four months.

Test Cyp 500mg
EQ 750mg
Deca 400mg

Thoughts?

That will definitely work better than almost anything but isn't always easy to get outside of institutional setting. Clonidine might be an option. Benzos are the easiest street drugs. Doctor will usually help out for a couple of weeks with something.

There is no such thing... insomnia is a result of a side effect from mind altering chemicals..
Like caffeine
Drugs
Alcohol
Prescriptions
Tren
Etc.....
Something your taking is causing this effect. So why take something else to combat it... why not just figure out what is causing you trouble...

Don't tell my doctor it doesn't exist. I like ambien way too much now

I've heard a few guys having that problem with EQ, and deca can definitely cause it. Some guys have as many problems with deca as they do tren

I'm a frequent user of Zzquil. Unfortunately, it has stopped working and I have reverted back to nothing. Which is awful when working third shift.

Phenibut, melatonin, Unisom sleep gels, sleepy time tea, etc... THE OTC does it for a bit, had to graduate to Xanax and/or Ambien...

Melatonin usually does a great job of putting you to sleep but won't help longer than 3 hrs. If you're usually waking later on, this is probably useless. Cheap tho!

Zoloft can cause sleep issues especially at 50mg. Unpredictable. Can make you drowsy all day or insomniac at night, or needing 10 hrs of sleep. If the problem is only 2 wks old and the med is 4 mos, though, dunno... still possible.

No luck with the Melatonin last night, but it was only the first night taking it. I'll take it again tonight and see if anything changes.

Gonna call the doc and see if the Sertaline could be the issue (he's also aware of my current cycle).

Dema, I don't drink caffeine throughout the day, just a little pre workout around 4pm and thats my only caffeine intake. No drugs other the AAS. No alcohol. Only prescription is Sertaline.

Probably the deca or your ai. Most people don't know that ais can induce some bad insomnia. They do for sure to me.

There's your problem, pre workout at 4pm. Stop that crap.

I like a mix of 10-20mg melatonin with 25mg doxylamine succinate(the antihistamine in nyquil, you can get this in generic sleep aid tabs as the only ingredient). Dox succinate is the most sedating OTC antihistamine you can get. I much prefer to use it over any of the antipsychotics that are also prescribed for sleep(seroquel, trazodone, amitriptyline, etc.). If that doesn't help me get to sleep, I wasn't supposed to be asleep.

I always forget about ZMA. It can give you some strange dreams though, so if you have any problems with vivid nightmares or anything you picked up from war just remember it can make those occur very easily.

This is exactly what i do and it works like magic. I just get generic benadryl and melatonin. That doxy doesn't work well for me.

Yeah I take doxylamine, half tab 12.5mg, with half tab of Ambien

So last night. First day off pre workout.

These numbers are based off my fitbit. So how accurate they really are, who knows.

I slept a total 7 hours 49 minutes.
58 minutes Awake
2 hours 25 minutes REM
4 hours 25 minutes Light
59 minutes Deep

The last couple weeks I averaged

Total time 7 hours 31 minutes
1 hour 25 minutes Awake
2 hours 15 minutes REM
4 hours 52 minutes Light
24 minutes Deep

Ambien, Zoloft, unison.... they all do not allow you to reach deep sleep. Which is what u need to recover.

I would give my left nut to sleep 7 hours lol. I've had insomnia my whole life. 4 broken hours is a good night for me.
