Love going back and seeing the improvements I have made since the year I went Pro. One day out from my Pro Card in 2021 versus 2 days out from my Pro debut! This is roughly 8-10lb difference between the two.

Well the wife has started pushing the past few weeks just to see how things go. It’s going very well. She stepped away from competition after the disaster she went through with old coach. I have been helping her but taking things slowly. Not sure if she will compete again but selfishly I want her to. She hasn’t competed as a Pro yet and I think she will do well. Latest pic below.

Haha yep! People often confuse 20lbs of weight gain with actual lean body mass gain. Typically most of that is water, glycogen, and fat with maybe 1-2lbs of actual muscle in that 12-16 weeks cycle. The average person is lucky to put on 3-5lbs of muscle in a year! For me it was probably closer to 12lbs of muscle gain in 3 years because I was leaner in my first pro show. I was going by stage weight which was closer to 8-10lbs.

Good results from a client that I’m coaching. He is currently in a health phase running 200mg of SB labs Test C weekly. His bloods were taken 72 hours after last shot.

Another solid week. Progression has been steady in the gym week to week. Feeling my best since we started pushing. Food was increased my 40 grams of carbs this week. We also bumped post workout insulin to 6iu of Novolog. Weight is currently at 283.8lbs. Tightened up some this week. Also added some more volume to my pull and ham/pull days.

Check ins from yesterday! Sitting at 285.9 and up 2lbs from last week. Coach added in NPP at 250mg weekly also added in some Nolvadex since we are adding in a 19nor and Test is at almost a gram weekly. Food is staying the same for now.

Check ins from this week. Weight didn’t move much but tightened up some at this weight which is good. I was holding a little water last week so probably weight is up about a pound or so realistically. No changes this week. Going to ride out last week changes for a little longer. Weight was 285.7 this week.

Updates for coach this past Wednesday. Weight didn’t move much but still feel I’m getting harder at this weight. Current weight is 286.4. Coach decided to up the NPP to 400mg weekly. Other than that everything else is staying the same. He did add a little more volume for chest and delts.

Updates this week for Coach. Weight is up about 1.5lbs this week. It was expected with the NPP going up in dosage. Feeling fuller and harder this week. Unfortunately I came down with a bug about 2 days ago and weight dropped about 2lbs. I’m slowly getting back at it after missing the gym for a few days. Have zero hunger right now so getting food down has been tough.

Had a rough week due to getting sick and dropped about 5lbs. Weight was 281.6 for checkins yesterday. Feeling better but appetite is still shit. Hoping it comes back soon I can get back to growing! No changes this week. Just focused on getting back to 100%. One good thing is that I felt I tightened up some this past week from eating less food.

What’s up guys! Checkins for coach this week. Had a much better week last after being sick the week before. Weight almost all the way back up and sitting at 285lbs fasted. I feel much tighter this time at 285 so maybe being sick helped reset some things with less food during that time. Waiting for coach to get back to me but I don’t think we will change much. We are 13 weeks into this push so probably another 4 weeks of pushing and then we will hold tight and let my body get acclimated to this weight before prep starts next year. Hope everyone has an amazing thanksgiving and eat some good food! Current cycle is below and all [mention]SB Labs [/mention] gear!

Check in for coach this morning. Weight was 286.5lbs fasted. Feeling really good and everything is clicking right now. Final push these next 3-4 weeks before we head into health phase. Really excited with the improvements we have made over these past 15 weeks. No changes this week.

Yesterday’s arms/delts workout. This day is always the hardest for me because I don’t enjoy training arms or shoulders. They are boring to me. Not sure why but just never really enjoyed it. When my coach brought on another coach for training I never expected to have a dedicated arms/delts since they are a strength. Well not my biceps. That being said as we picked apart each pose he was able to point out where the pose could improve and in some instances it was my arms or shoulders. I couldn’t disagree with him because he was correct. So now I’m taking that day more seriously but it’s still a day I struggle with to get excited about.

Anybody else have a body part they hate to train? Especially arms? Would love to hear what you guys have to say!

Right now i super suck at everything so I'm excited for all of it.

But i really hate seated rows. I just fucking can't get the mind connection all that well I've been working on it for months. Feels like I'm right on the cusp of a eureka moment tho.
