Hughmangoes transformation log

Rest day with 40 mins incline treadmill

I'm so sore all over. I wonder if it's the new split or low sleep affecting recovery and catching up with me.

@dcdogz started eating meals with chopsticks idk if it's helping me much, i suddenly developed extreme dexterity like I was born with them in my hands 🥢
Sounds like recovery is just catching up to you

So it's been a month, and recovery has definitely caught up to me! I crashed out hard, had a very annoying cold, which led to intense fatigue and weird edema where I was dropping and gaining 10s of pounds weekly.

This led me to days and sometimes weeks of barely working out or eating enough, which caused even more fatigue.

Silver lining is while figuring out the edema I had a full body checkup out of pocket. Despite being obese for such a long time and also losing so much weight in a short period of time, my health is perfectly fine. Edema couldn't be explained by anything except fatigue.

I guess that's just the kind of person that I am, if I go in a certain direction I go 100%, whether it's fat gain or fat loss. Perhaps some day this kind of sick dedication will lead me to becoming somewhat successful in some field lol

At the moment coach @Meetketchup and I decided to go on a mini diet break.

Combined with burning out, I decided to take care of my gallbladder stones which I've had for more than a decade. It doesn't bother me, but I want it gone. Planning on going through an elective surgery end of this month. Will be limited in the gym for a while, and with increased food I should be having a good recovery period.

Perhaps I could have take my foot off the gas earlier and avoided this burn out, but it is what it is.

It has been roughly a year since a started losing weight, and 9 months since I've been training with Mr Ketchup. Despite recent setbacks I think we have achieved decent results.

July 6 2025 - 352.7 lbs - start of fat loss
October 12 2025 - 302 lbs - start of working out and diet plan
July 12 2026 - 185.8 lbs - current

At the moment we are second week into increasing calories. Drugs are all the same never changed, 120mg test and 25mg exemestane weekly, 2.5mg tirz EOD. Currently switched to 3 day full body split, macros 260p40f225-275c

Current physique.

Not really planning to go back to daily log for now, will probably do monthly updates.
