It's that time of year, bulk meals, rib sticking food...so, let's see some of your bulk meals ,or for those that are strict with your macros, let's see how you're cheating..
 
Pizza once a week with some soft cookies, or once in a while cheat meal consists of going to a buffet. I try to limit my cheat meal frequency to once per week and I'll save my days carbs for my cheat meal.

I love some pizza, although its been a while. If I cheat is usually ONE meal and not an entire day (I think I'd be sick).
 
The closest i come to cheating is 80/20 ground beef burger with light ketchup and mustard on whold grain wheat bread with no cheese. Im a pizza junkie but have not had a slice since February. I used to have peanut butter with protein shake for additional fats but have dropped that as well. I dont drink anything but water or while I was bulking I did have a Gatorade with 2 of my daily meals....but thats it. Eating has become more of necessity than joy...

Looking at the calendar I will be able to enjoy a slice again after Dec. 10

Free lunch at work, had two plates since one of the girls doesn't eat spaghetti. Had some doughnuts earlier, porkchops, rice, chicken. Will prob get some pizza. I eat everything.

They have this place right around the corner from where i work called the sloppy taco its a soft taco with steak pork shrimp jalapeños purple onions remulade sauces and a few dif cheeses it the shit man

Man some of the best food I've had had came off food trucks. We just don't get them around where I live really. I bet it's hella good though.
 
Food trucks rock...I stopped at one at a fair called "eat my balls"..best beef/rice balls in the world..brilliant marketing ploy...

Man a glass of milk would be perfect. Or some beer who knows. I'm at work so a nice buzz would make life nice.

I had the same thing tonight we bought a pan of pizza from Walmart it was dirt cheap and it was absolutely delicious

My problem is Stims. I can't live without at least 2 cups of coffee in the am and I drink about 2 energy drinks per day. It does effect the appetite and I should cut back. I have cut out PWO drinks . Aside from that I can eat anything and not gain weight or too much fat. Some dirty food is not always a bad thing for me. I eat fairly clean but some days I'll take down some BK just to get some cals in me

Man listen, there's nothing wrong with pounding some BK.. I consider that a "SYSTEM RE-FEED".. I too eat clean for the most part, but now and then my body is screaming and I just give it a re-feed of cals,fats and carbs..

That's why I love summer so much, there's always a BBQ brewing somewhere and I can snag some cals and greasy burgers guilt free if I feel I need it (or want it)...Now winter time "fugetaboutit" my shit is in a hoodie most the time and people cant see shit or my "Thermal Epidermis Insulation Barrier ab-protection" (AKA Adipose Tissue)...


Last night I gorged in Velveeta cheese, broccoli, bacon and baked potato's (many many serving, washed down with skittles and sour patch kids) while watching "STAR WARS" The Force Awakens .. Life's is good! :)
