My diet has been locked in for a while now it became a lifestyle at this point. I used to be 180 pounds and I lost it all naturally. I was 145 and locked in with the gym and everything at like 18% bf. Now im 135 and around 14-15% bf. I temporarily gained some weight in 2025 and went up to 160 but I was able to get down to my current body with reta within 3 months. I have been off reta for almost 6 months now and kept the same body composition. My diet consists of meat, eggs, dairy for the most part but I get my girlfriend to make me healthy snacks like glycine gummies and beef jerky so I manage to not snack on junk food during work now.
Can I ask what is your age? 135# is pretty light. wondering why you are shooting so low.

HFO said to miss and that I would hit it or something and be 300 pounds lean.

I think 150 at 12% is alot although speaking purely aesthetically. Alot of these super lean guys are super light and you'd never think about it. Being lean gives off the appearance of you being bigger than you actually are. I wouldn't be opposed to being bigger though lol.

Just going to give it my all and discipline myself into showing up even if I don't feel like it and if I end up bigger than 150 I won't be mad.

I guess we just have a gap in the way we look at things. I don't know.

Do you have any advice besides telling me to kill myself? My ears are open

Did I say kill yourself? I don't joke around with shit like that.

You're young and at 135 lbs, use that Test to your advantage and get in the gym and put some weight on. Fuck all this body dysmorphic shit you're posting... lift, eat and have fun while you're at it.

You’re victim weight. How about eat vs going straight to gear.

Frankly, I think you need to eat way more and especially lean protein sources, hit the big compound lifts, bench, deadlift, squat, over head press from the rack. Forget these diet peptides. Fuck this waif look. It just projects weakness. Get strong. Put on some muscle. Muscle is metabolic currency.

I ate in a 200 calorie surplus for a few months(close to 8 months). It helped gain mass but ultimately that slowed down too. I had everything in control too. Sleep, macros, training.

How much above maintenance should I eat? Should I go for volume or intensity in the gym?

At your stage I would take in at least 2500 - 3000 kcals a day of clean food. Doing the big lifts and in the gym 4 days a week you will need it. Flat bench+incline bench+ Deadlift+ bent rows= day 1 and 3. Military Press from rack+ DB side raise+squats+ calf raise=day 2 and day 4. You rep until failure. Add in 20 min cardio 3 times a week. Get in 200g of protein a day. Meal prep twice a week and you are there. 10 oz cottage cheese with fruit in the morning. 8 oz chicken breast and 7 oz rice for lunch. 8 more oz chicken breast and 7 oz rice for dinner. 50 gram whey shake in whole milk 2 hours before bed. When you are still hungry add another meal. That and a little bit of testosterone. That's how you get big. It's simple. I did that natural and put on over 30 lbs of muscle. I am average as far as muscle gaining genetics. Stop being a twig trying to be Mr yoga guy look. Put on muscle. Get a square jaw.

I’ve seen guys put on size doing 6-8 reps and others doing 10-15 reps. One thing you can’t outwork is a shitty diet. I went years of lifting and not having my diet in check. Sure I got bigger. But once I decided to get my diet in check it completely changed the game.

You don’t mesh with this community because you’re pretty much the antithesis to most shit here. Looks maxxxing and taking steroids because you want to do the most half assed workouts, literally wanting to half was everything including your cycles… you ask questions and then have the audacity to lecture the people that give you answers about how you know better. Your age is irrelevant unless you’re like five years old because even in my 20s, I knew to shut up and listen to the answers to the questions I asked instead of explaining why the people answering them were wrong.

Plenty of dudes bodybuilder because they wanna look good. Has nothing to do with vanity. But we put in the effort to look good. Not afraid of working hard and not trying to half ass shit because we want a bigger neck.

It helps to have a thick neck in the pit.
I mean skin. It helps to have thick skin.
I want both tbh

Thick elastic collagen rich skin🤤

im on tretinoin .05 everyday and I use .005 after derma needling

I want to start accutane but it might be too brutal especially since my skin is pretty decent right now. Just going to add 1.5g glutathione 3x a week now

Sounds good but I am trying to aim for less carbs because of the high blood glucose from the hgh or should I just eat carbs and add a bit of insulin? lantus maybe

I eat alot of eggs and red meat. They make up 80% of my diet but I do occasionally eat out although ive been eating healthier snacks recently mainly gummies and beef jerky
