I’m going to start doing 200mg weekly of test e with 4ui of gh everyday.

I got some provirion too but I am hesitant since i don’t want to go shiny bald and i am too old to gain any bonemass or dimorphism from it. I have been looking into other topicals to combat hairloss but apart from the basics like fin, dut, minox, ru558 everything is too experimental and hard to source.

I said before that I was going to do a “cycle” but my definition of a cycle is more like just high dose trt.

I am only doing this as a looksmax I am not particularly fond of training although I force myself to do it so I wouldn’t push anything too far i already consider the collagen breakdown from 200 test weekly harsh

That’s a good place to start

Check your labs in 4 - 5 weeks to see where your lipids, total/free test and ultra sensitive E2 is at.

I would recommend dosing multiple doses per week, either 3x a week or daily dosing to keep levels as stable as possible

Enjoy the gains!

You're talking out of your ass and parroting TikTok and Instagram bro-science. Either back up your claim with actual data or stop pretending you know what you're talking about.

In layman's terms: 200 mg of testosterone doesn't cause collagen breakdown you're claiming. Get educated before you start spreading misinformation, or just stfu.

How do you not know about the oxidative stress and systemic inflammation involved with anabolic/androgenic compounds? That's just one thing It also causes acne which then leads to scarring. Obviously this won't happen at 200 test but it very likely can happen since everyone responds differently to compounds.

Oxidative stress is by far the marker most indicative of "aging" and the main accelerator for the shortening of the telomeres.

Don't educate me, you don't know shit... and now you're deflecting and bringing up another topic that wasn't in your initial post.

You’re mixing high-dose anabolic steroid data with TRT level testosterone and drawing conclusions that don’t hold up.

At 200 mg/week testosterone, there’s no solid human evidence showing consistent systemic oxidative stress or “accelerated aging” effects the way you’re implying. That kind of discussion comes mostly from supraphysiologic abuse level dosing, not moderate use.

Oxidative stress is also not the single “master driver” of aging or telomere shortening, it’s one factor in a much more complex system involving genetics, inflammation, mitochondrial function, and cellular turnover.

Acne is a real androgen-related side effect in some individuals, but extrapolating that into broad claims about systemic aging effects isn’t supported by the evidence.

If you’re going to make claims like this, you need to separate TRT level data from high dose AAS literature.

Back of the class you go.

I never said oxidative stress was a driver for aging just that it is one of the greater accelerators.

High dose AAS judged solely off "literature" is literally anything above 300mg. Anything that puts your testosterone in supra physiological levels

You sound angry at me and quick to disprove everything I say because of a personal bias. Don't succumb to basal emotions like anger.

Does your type of 'tism allow you to actually lift and train or is it just like a research-only kinda 'tism?

... asking for a friend

By "train," I do mean in the gym lifting weights kind and not the model replica kind.

And here lies the problem... personal bias but no actual proof of data, and your posting this nonsense.

Doubt you actually understand the difference between the “Driver of aging” = core mechanism (strong causal claim) and “Accelerator of aging” = contributing factor that may worsen outcomes (weaker, more flexible claim)

As far as anger, it's beyond frustration... someone should take a Molecular Biology or Biogerontology textbook and hit you across the face with it.

I train 3 times a week for like 60 minutes. I posted my workout before on here.

He already said he doesn’t like training and does it but doesn’t push it too much 😂. This is like a less intelligent clavicular which is impressive in and of itself

I look younger on my TRT dosage of test which is 60mg 3x a week. But apparently I’m going to suffer collagen breakdown if I bump it up 20 more mg per week 😂. Dudes basically going to replace his own levels and spend half the week below average on t. Might as well stay natty but he knows so much science that he’s got the secrets unlocked…to most likely looking completely average and natural.

FYI IGF can also increase the look of aging so taking 4ius is going to be worse than taking replacement levels of test

Oh yeah. Gotcha. The 135lb dude with the 3x6 routine that stopped seeing gains. I remember that. Sorry, alot of people come through here and it's hard to remember all of them.

Did you ever get your diet locked in?
My diet has been locked in for a while now it became a lifestyle at this point. I used to be 180 pounds and I lost it all naturally. I was 145 and locked in with the gym and everything at like 18% bf. Now im 135 and around 14-15% bf. I temporarily gained some weight in 2025 and went up to 160 but I was able to get down to my current body with reta within 3 months. I have been off reta for almost 6 months now and kept the same body composition. My diet consists of meat, eggs, dairy for the most part but I get my girlfriend to make me healthy snacks like glycine gummies and beef jerky so I manage to not snack on junk food during work now.

Good deal. What are your current goals with this cycle? I know you've talked about being in caloric maintenance so is it to bulk up?

I never said anything like that. That's why I originally planned for 200mg but ended up doing 250mg. The difference is negligable.

I inject eod so 3-4x a week my levels are stable

yeah youre right but I need to grow my frame a bit and thicken my neck

No, you’re just saying you’re wanting to avoid the collagen breakdown caused by testosterone so you’re gonna literally just run a TRT dose lol.

And then you argued with someone who honestly is probably forgotten more about steroids than you’ll ever experience with them.

And you’re doing this for looks Maxine, which is the gayest fucking shit ever. I’d probably have more respect if you just did the whole bone mashing and methamphetamines for defined cheek bones 😂.

And taking TRT to be 150 pounds? Guarantee you you’re not going to get a single bit of results from your cycle because your diet is probably absolute shit to begin with.

Do you want me to blast? All I said is a trt dose won't hurt you as much as a "blast"

yeah i still have alot to learn im pretty new to this

im getting filler for the cheekbones
