Can someone please explain what is meant when someone says they are running "Cycles" please?

So when the term cycle is used that means a set time frame is intended? I hear people talking about cycling when taking cyp that they have been on for years.

They are blasting and cruising most likely.

Pushing the doses during periods, and sitting around trt/trt “plus” inbetween

That's the part I don't get

Man, you got some reading to do!!!

But really a cycle can depend on a number of things: bulking vs cutting, contest prep, health markers, compounds being used, etc.

Most guys drop to a cruise or TRT after their cycle rather than come off and PCT like the old days.

I like to keep my cycles around 16 weeks, with the potential to stretch to 20 if I’m feeling good and health markers are still in range.

Ask 10 guys about their cycles and get 10 different answers- but you will see some commonalities.

Hope this helps. There is a ton of good info on here and some real gurus. Read and listen!
