Anyone ever use these Jackedup units? I have a squat rack and bench press, So I’m not sure I’d use the smith machine, but this looks like it would take care of just about all other exercises. What’s your thoughts?

Those all in one units can be great for a home gym setup. The best one IMO is the Prime Fitness Prodigy Rack. Fray Fitness makes one similar as well. Force USA is another one.

I have a powertec workbench multi system , 120lb power blocks, squat rack & an elliptical.

Does me well. Took me a while to get used to a home gym, but I enjoy it now. I bought all stuff on Craigslist and got my final piece of equipment right before covid.

Texaspowerracks has nice “all in one” racks and attachables.

I personally like the separate stations but obviously if you ain’t got the room one of these jobbies will do the trick.

Are the pulleys 2:1?
Lat pulls and cable rows on functional trainers are always listed as big highlights of functionality, but I find them useless for those, and still prefer having a dedicated pull-down machine, with knee support.

I wouldn’t use the smith machine feature either, so at 2k, I’d have to pass.

I do have an ftx from Inspire that I picked up used locally, at $700.
Makes rotating through physical therapy crap, face pulls, cable bench/flys, etc pretty nice.
Just another option if you don’t need the smith machine feature, and likely a smaller footprint.

Jackedup units can be a versatile addition to a home gym setup, offering a range of exercises in a compact design. Consider your specific needs and goals to determine if they would be a suitable fit for your fitness routine
