2nd cycle

Looking for some suggestions on a 2nd cycle.
I’m 43, been training for 10+ years, diet has been in check for 2 years. Currently 183lbs at 32.5 inch waist at 5’6”. Put on roughly 10lbs of muscle this past year with dialed in training, recovery and proper nutrition.
Ran a cycle from 12/1/25 through 3/19.
On trt at 140mg per week (40mg eod)
In December I ramped up weekly starting at
210 test per week
Then 280 per week
Then 350 per week
420 per week and
Then was at 490 per week from 1/1/26 through 3/19/26 then ramped back down over 2 weeks. To 280per week for 2 weeks then back to 140 per week.
Blood work was great during blast and at the end. Ran .5mg of Reta for 8 weeks of that cycle for lipid. E2 was a little high but my total test was over 3k. No real symptoms other than bloat from the e2. Did take .25 arimedix 2x per week for 10 weeks.
Im currently in a cut and plan on getting down another 8-10lbs to be close to 8-10% bf again. I am looking to run another cycle but was really thinking of just running test again for another 12-16 weeks and take advantage of the rebound after the cut.
Would doing another 490mg cycle still benefit me? I am aware diet and training are more important. My goal over the next year is to put on another 10lbs of muscle. Especially since most of the past year I spent getting my hunger under control. Been working with a diet coach since may of last year. Currently cutting with way more calories then I thought I’d be at for cutting and we are carb cycling. It almost is to easy.

You gained 10lbs of straight muscle last and want another 10lbs this year? That seems a bit of a reach. Can you post a physique pic to get a better of idea of what we're looking at?

I’m basing that off of being the same waist and hip as last year at 172.5 lbs as I am now at 183.6lbs. I could be totally wrong but I definitely put on size. My legs got the most growth.
Yeah I’m probably over exaggerating lol
