Given the current very poor raw material situation, how are you storing your stock?
It would be a shame if everything got ruined due to improper storage.
I put silica gel packets and oxygen absorbers into the bag and vacuum seal it.
I repeat this process three times and then put it into a Mylar bag.
Finally, I put the bag in the refrigerator at 5-6 degrees.
This prevents the raw from degrading faster due to temperature differences.
