Here is my cutting diet for this season. 2504 Cal, 236 g protein, fat 51 grams, Carb 265 grams. Open to suggestions and ideas.

I've interacted with some wonderful people on this forum who have immensely helped me perfect my diet. It was an overnight change actually. I used to eat like a bag of tart. My protein intake was below 30 grams per day. High carb meals that'll probably exceed 300 grams and fat levels above 100 grams per day.

I want to hear more suggestions on perfecting my diet. Should I switch up meal portions? Anything. I'm open to any suggestions/criticism.

Goal is fat loss. According to people around me, I look like I'm 190 - 200.

I want to get below the 15% BF range.

Eat clean,hit that cardio,train hard..
Be consistent and patient, mayb lower the carbs some days u not doing as much..
It will strip off,stay at it bro 💪
Thanks a lot, brother. I'll try to lower my carbs by 100 every Sunday which is my rest day.

I'll update yall when I'm 15% lol.

I would just look at adding some whole eggs in place of whites.
Wouldn't it spike my cholesterol levels? I'm curious. If I'm about to add whole eggs, how many would you suggest, sir?

Are you using any supplements like Clen, Cardine or ECA stack to help with energy and BF mobilization?

I would just look at adding some whole eggs in place of whites.
That pasta may not be great either..digest well,angel hair would be good,every1 is different..
Whole egg or 2 added w the whites.

Not at all. I'm thinking about not touching any kind of PED until 25. But there is a possibility that I'll run a cycle with just T after I cut down to sub 15% BF.

But no. Currently I'm not under any supplements

I would suggest eating whole eggs and getting your fat closer to 100g. You don't need to worry about cholesterol, it's essential for health and in fact low LDL levels are linked to higher mortality rates.

Thanks. I'll look into angel hair. Presently I'm just grabbing whatever pasta that's available at my local Market if it fits macros.

Eating fat doesn't really mean gaining fat. IMO it's mostly about balancing carbs and fats, an excess of both prob means excessive calories and excessive calories means weight gain. Many top coaches recommend 20% of your diet to be fats because remember that fats are essential for health. Carbs aren't necessarily essential, they just greatly help in terms of athletic performance.

Nah bro. I'm a student and I don't work.
Ok..few years ago I lost about 30ish lbs in 10 weeks or so..I didn't weigh anything, I ate only fist full serving size of any carbs rice,oats,mashed potatoes, rest was protein meat eggs,peanut butter..I did high volume training and cardio 2x a day atleast 5 days a week..I'm over 40 yrs old..physical job too..I was hungry all the time but get used to it.i also intermittent fasting ..I ate all meals from noon -7pm.
Just food for thought 😉

Joining this forum was the best decision I've ever made. 30 pounds in 10 weeks? That breaks all the idiotic stuff out there saying "yeah bro the optimal fat loss is 2 pounds per week. More than that? You're losing muscle"
Were you using any PED during that period ? Just curious.
I hope to have a transformation like that haha.
