GW-50516 dose for fight?

I have an upcoming boxing fight in a few weeks I’m wondering what dose is optimal before endurance effects start to plateau?

I've always stayed at 20mg Ed and its been more than enough..
 
Used to be 10mg a day was the most often recommended dose; then in recent years it went up to 20mg a day. I take 20mg before workouts or before a race or track day. During a race I maintain a 150-160s HR, if it gets much higher than that, like 170s, I will fatigue and gas out, I’m in my 50s tho so not in my prime; when I was younger I could maintain 170-180s. Some of the top motorcycle racers can maintain HRs in the 180-190s during a race, those guys are in their 20s and in peak condition tho.
 
Really choice is yours.. I usually start off with 10mg and after the first week go up to 20 mg.and run this for the remainder of my cycle.
 
If you are getting your rounds in, road work in, and killing it in camp you would be good without gw. The fight should be the easy part. The hard work should be done in camp.
 
10-20 mgs range is all you really need.
After that is diminishing returns.
20mgs is a sweet spot.

I would also add that depending on your level, if you’re in the beginning stages and want to make it an career, be careful using something now because if you get used to use something now what are you going to use when you are at a high level/or getting tested?

If you’re only doing it for fun, do what ever as long as you tried it in training so you know how your body responds to a certain dose.
 
Gw is amazing for conditioning. I never used it during my training days thou so I cannot speak on it for that purpose. I could see it helping. All the years I trained I wasn't looking for supplements to help thou I was telling myself if everyone was running 3 miles a day I had to put in 5. Everyone was putting in 6 rounds I had to do 12. It's a mental game. You always want to be working harder than your opponent. The fact you don't know how much work they are putting it makes u push even harder.

Whether it's a rolling session on the mat, sparring, or prepping for a fight.
Train as if you don't know how your opponent is training.
Training is where the hard work is put in,
The only hard thing about a match or fight is the self mental preparation, or mental barriers that are self-induced.

A good Buddy fights MMA just below the UFC level and runs Cardarine at 20mg per day for 6-8 weeks during his camps
 
I can tell a significant difference at 20mg a day. While doing cardio I feel like the energizer bunny.
 
So far the gw seems to be working very well the disparity between the rest of the camp is starting to get increasingly more blatant ofc im putting on the rounds but it feels like every session im getting increasingly faster and my arms can fire without gassing out

I never used it for a fight but take it daily during cycle @20mg. It helps me do one hour of cardio without gassing out.
