Alrightyyyy...
So yesterday I did get chest and tri's in. It was a lot stronger than last week, which is good. Guessing that is due to the macros being up.
Closed out the day at 650 cal burned, 4k steps, 2.5L water, and preeetyyyyy close on macros. I did have a cobb salad while I was out so I did my best guess at adding in those macros. Chest is sore today but in a good way, not in a super painful kind of way.
Today was active rest today, so I did another one of those hot yoga classes, closing out the day at 600 cal burned. Instructor started teaching me how to do inversions in class though, that was super super cool. I'm going to keep practicing at the gym until I get it.
No puppy walk today, it was raining literally all day and still is. So freaking gloomy out I hate it.
Macros today wasn't the best but I did split into more, smaller meals
129gC, 60gF, 124gP still fine tuning but overall they're getting closer and closer and becoming a little more steady.
Definitely going to factor in some more Zoodles lol
H2O wise I'm currently at 100 oz and I always have at least 30 before bed.
Tomorrow is back day!
Going to start adding my reading stuff in here too so when I look back I can see it.
I also make a scrapbook style reading journal so if anyone wants to see the pages I make just let me know I'll toss them up. It's all dark/gothic/bones/death/monsters/demons... dark smutty shit. Not rainbows and sparkles. Fair warning.
