Okay, so I took y'alls advice and looked up a macro calculator.

Also took a rest day today. I'm wiped. I did take Shank on her walk though, we went 2 full miles up and down throughout the trail today.
Rings closing close to 400 cal burned
Water and nutrition on point with previous numbers, I'll start tomorrow on trying to hit these ones.
Run it for 2 weeks and see what happens.
